Update 2022:
We have not been here in months, mostly because I was tired of the cork fee (free money to open a beer) and their tap costs are getting high.
I noticed during our last trip the taps went up again, and the canned beer selection is the lowest I've ever seen. I have no doubt some reviewers say "amazing selection", but no it's really not.
Also a previous incident that bothered us is we were buying several cans, brought them up to add to our tab, then sat down. The owner came over to apparently make sure we didn't try to steal a few, and in a frustrated voice said to just wait until we are ready to leave, then bring everything up at once. Sorry for trying to help you with your job.
We don't plan to come back any more.
I am not a typical beer drinker or customer. Unlike most reviewers, I don't give 5 stars to EVERY bar just because the have alcohol and a front door. Almost every review of every bar or brewery I see is 5 stars no matter how much of a dive or bad the beer is. Oh my god, they have indoor plumbing, FIVE STARS, oh my god, they have chairs, FIVE STARS! I give brutally honest reviews based on my experience.
We went here for the first time recently. This bar popped up on google maps a few weeks ago and finally decided to check it out.
Neal the owner and a young lady (didn't ask her name) helped us. Both were really friendly and in a very upbeat mood.
They gave us numerous samples, our food order came out very quickly, and they poured full pints of fresh hop beer. I think I counted about 20 taps, and there is a current list on digital pour and untappd.
Small but good selection of canned beer and seltzer at reasonable prices. That surprised me since bars usually jack the prices way up. No they were pretty competitive.
The place is clean, well lit, not cluttered at all. It's not big, but has plenty of tables and space to move around. Big bar area with a TV showing the current tap selection. Several picnic tables outside.
We stayed quite a while and had long discussions with Neal. He was super friendly, laughing, never rushed us, overall he is one of the most friendly owners/bartenders I've ever had.
The only negatives I have is the beer seems a little pricey, but I think that is because of the area, and there is no happy hour.
Overall we...
Read moreUpdated for 2022: We’ll we’ve been here about 20+ times by now, it’s exactly that kind of bar I want to be at. It isn’t the rowdy kind of grunge bar that’s open until 2. This is a tap house with 20+ beers on top (IPA heavy because we’re in the PNW). You can check their taps online before going so you get an idea of cost and selection. They’ve also got a 30+ variety of cans available for purchase that are priced down, we’re talking like $3-4 for the larger 20oz cans. The cans have a $1 corkage fee if you’re going to drink them there, which is on the cheap side of what I’ve seen. If you’re me you’ll be spending about $1-2 on corkage fees for the ambiance per visit. They’ve got like 10 tables indoors and another 10 or so outside. We always sit outside as you feel like you’re a part of downtown. As others have mentioned they don’t serve food, and instead allow any outside food to be consumed on the premises. Not just from the food trucks, you can even bring stuff from home if you want. Though I’d suggest the Mexican food across the street or the Gyro stand a block away.

Been here 10+ times. The staff are excellent conversationalists and so friendly! They rotate through craft beers on tap and in bottles/cans regularly. There are drink options for all tastes and budgets. They don’t serve food, but are open to you bringing in food from other places. Tip: there are GREAT local spots to support, and bring the...
Read moreBeers were good, but I felt like the bartender was having a bad day. He was too serious and too staunch with the mask rules. We were sitting maybe 6-7 feet from the bartop, and I got up to get another beer from him and he told me to put my mask on or he couldn't serve me. Even though I was standing next to three people sitting at his bartop who were not wearing masks (basically we were at exactly the same height.) He acknowledged the silliness of it, but still required the mask, rather than just quickly serving me so I could go back and sit down. With so many options for beer in and around the area, I likely won't be...
