Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Hillsborough

How sad to have to write a bad review on this Jersey Mike's. For the 3rd time we placed an online order at this location on Saturday; for the 3rd time in a row the order was not properly filled, leaving critical ingredients out of my wife's sub and also putting in things she didn't ask for.

In addition my giant chicken philly didn't have enough cheese or chicken on it to cover even one side of the sandwich, and there were about 2 tablespoons of "peppers & onions" on the whole sandwich. It genuinely looked pathetic when we opened it up when we got home. Basically paid $18 for a giant roll with a smattering of stuff on it. Worst philly I have ever seen, anywhere.

Not going to a place where I have to open my order and check everything before we can leave, what's the point of being able to order online then? We live over 14 miles away and decided to pick something up on the way...

In the interest of full disclosure, I was unable to actually order any menu items from the Hillsborough, NC Jersey Mike's. I wanted to order. I tried to order. I stood there as the only customer in the shop while the employees ignored me. One actually did say hello, but before I could ask her to take my order, she turned around and walked away as I stood at the counter. I am unsure if they were all confused somehow. I could not actually stand where customers are supposed to order their food, since an employee was sitting there on the floor, restocking their chip displays, and she showed zero interest in moving, asking if I needed to order, or anything else. After 3-4 minutes of this I'd had enough. I don't give many 1-star reviews, but you've earned it, Hillsborough Jersey Mike's. Wish it had turned out...

I placed an order online. When I went to pick it up the guy who gave me my food was not wearing a mask. I asked him about his mask and he responded in a very rude way that he never wears one. He is exposing his coworkers who were all wearing masks and the customers. This used to be a safe place to buy food from but not anymore. I told the person that it was good to know that he is not willing to wear a mask for me not to order food from their restaurant anymore. He made a gesture with his shoulder saying that he did not care. My understanding is that in Orange County all the restaurants workers have to wear a mask. Not coming back until I am sure that the people handling my foods is wearing the recommended masks. I am back giving them five stars because the managers are great and...
