Usually order from Wing Lee in Washington Township. But they were closed so I decided to order from this place since I know it used to be good. Ordered Boneless Spare Ribs well done with Pork Fried Rice and 2 other dishes. Mid way through the dish I came upon pork that wasn’t cooked. Called up, was put on hold forever because of an answering service. Finally was told to bring dish back. Drove 10 minutes. They said it was the way they cook pork and that the pork is cooked at a different time which makes sense now because the rice/pork was colder than spare bibs. Lady got mad because she said I ate half the dish. Offered to give a side order of pork fried rice to make up for the uncooked pork!!! I refused and just walked out because clearly they don’t care about customer service. So I decided to call the answering service and she said the manger has no say to that. Then I asked for owner and she said owner is never around and basically can’t get a hold of him. So I would never eat here again and would definitely not recommend a place that doesn’t value customer service, and there food is horrible and tasteless not to mention the place is dirty. Said food would be here in 30-35 minutes on a Sunday night, thought that sounded reasonable. Would have went and picked up my food if they said any longer than that. After an hour I called back and asked how far the driver was, they said he would be there any minute. Another half hour goes by and still nothing. FINALLY, the disrespectful delivery driver gets here with my cold food and has the nerve to tell me, “Usually people add a tip to the receipt.” I went back inside to call the restaurant and they were equally as disrespectful. They offered me 5 dollars off my next order after I explained the situation to them. I wanted my refund so I asked again and FINALLY they obliged after telling me they wanted the food I waited an hour and a half for. Smaller watered down portions, cheap fillers, higher costs & failing customer service. They are now utilizing an answering service when they're busy, so when there is a problem, your put on hold indefinitely hoping you"ll just give up! In their defense the answering service staff is trying to reach the restaurant for clarification on how to handle a problem.
