There was no leadership what so ever available, no supervisor or manager.
I made a large order so when I attempted to re-state the order for accuracy the worker rudely stated āI got itā however refused to restate my order. I began to say no I will repeat it and she laughed and stated āno, thatās what you orderedā. I asked her to repeat my order & she went silent and refused to speak any further. I went to the window and asked to speak to the manager or supervisor. I was told there was none. I asked for her name and she refused to provide it. She gave me her managerās name.
On top of her rude and unprofessional behavior and terrible customer service she was unsanitary & not safe. She did not have on not one piece of Dunkin Donuts uniform or handled anything with gloves.
After my experience I looked up the Google reviews & noticed this is a pattern for this location. They are rude, unprofessional and unsanitary. This is definitely not up to par with Dunkin Donuts standards.
The way I was treated and the way this worker laughing it appears that nothing happens to change customers concerns...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe arrived at 4:44 pm to drive through order place. We drove specifically to this Dunkin, because it eas on our way. According to Google maps it was supposed to be open till 5 pm. When we were pulling to Dunkin lot we saw a big sign saying 24 HOUR DRIVE THROUGH, but before even we started placing order, a girl on speaker said the Dunkin is closed. When we started complaining that we cam drove specifically to this place and it us supposed to be open till 5 pm, she said to pull over to the window. We asked for Donut. She said no donuts available. We asked for Hash browns, she said everything is closed and she can only give coffee which she messed up anyway, we asked without sugar. She gave very sweet, but after we asked to change, she did.
I don't understand why shops close ahead of time. A car front of us was turned away. This is not the 1st time I face such "closure". People stop by, because they need your products/coffee, they rely on hours. I think it's very unfair when this happens.
I gave 2 stars, not 1, because she did exception and gave us at least coffee....

I went around the drive thru again to explain it was too much cream and sugar and the employee gets aggressive with me and tells me thatās how I ordered it. Trying to remain calm, I explained when I order it through the app it automatically selects how much sugar/cream so I left it alone (thinking that is the usual amounts of sugar/cream they put in all drinks). He continues to argue with me and I show him on my app that it selected the amount. He tells me that āhe will not make a new drinkā instead he just adds a shot of coffee on top. I just donāt appreciate being talked to the way he did. I never raised my voice nor talked down to him so Iām confused as to why he felt the need to do that to me all over a $2 iced coffee. I ended up just throwing it out and will never go back to...
