McDonald's — Restaurant in Hilltown Township

I went with my mother. I used the bathroom. I thought it was the cleanest McDonald's bathroom I had ever seen in my life so far. Before we left, I approached some guy who looked like the manager (though he was mopping the floor) and another worker. I told them that I live in Philadelphia, and I have never seen a McDonald's bathroom look as good as there's yada yada yada. As I told them, they struggled to keep eye contact with me and didn't even crack a smile, nor said anything remotely related to a thank you or appreciative response. They were just non receptive... As I walked away, they snickered and chuckled to each other. I have never seen such disregard and disrespectful behavior to a customer (who gave a compliment) in my life so far. That was probably the first and only time someone has ever paid them a compliment on a bathroom ever. They were so unprofessional it made me cringe. As many of us hard working people know, when a customer goes out of their way to give you any kind of compliment on your work, you reciprocate with graciousness and decency. And I saw them laugh more to themselves when I was outside. I should've told the one black dude behind the counter the compliment, for he appeared to be the most receptive and polite of all of them. The whole experience made me want to go back into that bathroom and eliminate and excrete all over it, but I couldn't do that to the bathroom cleaner guy, by the way, shout out to that bathroom worker, excellent job, you deserve to take the manager's position. And I'm not some wise ass, pretentious, entitled person, I'm just some dude in college. I hate Quakertown, hilltown, and everything 309...

I give this McDonald's such a high rating because I'm picky as hell and I've enjoyed almost every meal I've ever gotten from this location. I've been living here for years and somehow their food is always hot and that's saying something for the fries!!! Love breakfast here! Both the mcmuffin in all its varieties and the mcgriddle in its various meats are all good as well. My son raves over the pancakes and their coffee isn't bad either, still prefer my own coffee to theirs but its one of the better cups out there. There is plenty of seating in here and it's always clean and neat inside. If your handicapped this place is perfect in or out, completely wheelchair accessible and if u don't want to get out of your car you can mobile order from your phone and they will bring it out to your car if your parked in the designated parking for mobile ordering or you can always go through the...

They forgot to blend in the Oreos that come with the Oreo McFlurry and decided to throw some Oreo crunches on top to hide all of the unblended, vanilla ice cream. My French fries and nuggets were cold as if they’ve just been sitting out. When we told the woman about the fries and asked for fresh ones, she took them back, half-heartedly refried them and now some of them were still cold but all of the fries were very oily! Also that’s very unsanitary and unsafe to do given sanitation management and covid! I came last night.
