I stopped by this McDonald's to pick up some chicken nuggets before heading to the house. Through drive thru, I tried to place an order, only to hear they are only taking orders for delivery or online purchases! I said well then DELIVER me 40 piece chicken nuggets and 4 chocolate shake's to the parking lot. She said that they can't do that and I had to place an order online and then pick it up! 🤯 Shocked but NOT SURPRISED! I said so y'all DON'T WANT TO and WON'T SELL FASTFOOD to folks that don't have a computer, laptop or internet!? She said sorry we can't, we don't have enough people working to make an order! SMH. That really blows my flipping mind! I GUESS they have to have a FIVE PERSON TEAM to deep fry some ALREADY BATTERED CHICKEN NUGGETS and BOX THEM UP and PUT THEM IN A BAG! This world is going straight to the depths of hell and fast, when these kids are too DAMN STUPID to be able to work by THEMSELVES, when their entire operation is MOSTLY AUTOMATED! BUZZERS go off when the food is done and the shake machine is an automatic fill and stop too! Read moreAbout a week ago I ordered through the app for curbside. While I was waiting the app gave me the notification that my food had been brought to me and thanked me for my order. The issue is, I never got my order. I couldn’t walk inside to figure out what was up because they locked all the doors. so I proceeded to sit in the drive for roughly 20 mins just for them to tell me they have my food. I went ahead and pulled back around to the curbside spot I was at before and nothing. No one ever came out again. I called the phone # about 10 times until I finally got a answer, told them my issue and audibly heard someone in the background say “That orders already been out!” and then boom, got hung up on. I tried to call back. Every call was ignored on top of them turning all the lights off. No one is going to go lie and go through that much effort to get a second double cheeseburger and fries, not even the hamburgaler himself. Read moreIt took almost 15 minutes to get our order. When we received it, the buns were so greasy on top you could wipe it with a napkin...had to. And the meat was semi warm. My burger barely had mustard on it. The fries, omg, there wasn't one in the carton that was longer than 1/2 inch. Mere scraps is what it appeared to be.
The drink section was a mess with litter everywhere, no tea, sweet or unsweet, was available in the dining area - you had to ask for a refill IF you were lucky enough to get the workers off their frickin cell phones long enough and stop texting. And I wasn't the only one that was upset over the service and quality; just probably the only one that made a review. And according to the previous ratings (a 3?), I am not the first. If the franchise owner happens to read the reviews, maybe they will clean house, literally, and maybe the reviews will get higher. It's a shame because the location itself is really nice.
