Subway — Restaurant in Hillview

My husband gets a double meat cold cut combo salad which is supposed to be a six inch sub with double meat then he adds another portion of double meat.Double meat is $1.50x2=$3.00 plus $1.50 make it a salad.Right? Why does this subway want to charge me for a 12inch sub then 12inch double meat and $1.50 make it a salad? I asked Mel the manager if you are charging for a 12inch then I should get a 12inch potion of cheese she said no that would be double cheese. Then she said if I don't like it go down the road so I did I went to Waffle house.The prices over there don't change.burger king, McDonald's and Wendy's are all on the same page subway charges differently every one you go to. I have several receipts all different.If I have to I will take action...

Worst experience ever! Never have I ever had such a bad experience at a subway. The employee that made our sandwich had long nails and could not make our sandwich properly. Since she couldn’t make our sandwich she kept grunting and gave us so much attitude. She threw her gloves in the trash and just let her co-worker finish our sandwich. When checking us out she just gave us unnecessary behavior. My family and I felt uncomfortable the whole time. Plus the employee had her hair in a very messy bun and the whole time I was checking if my sub didn’t have a hair. Ouch. Ordered footlong meatball on Italian herb and cheese bread... only 6 in piece of bread. So I asked for 1/2 of that and italian... started loading sandwich and they only had a couple or 3 meatballs... so he said sorry, then threw that into the trash. ??? What ? Ridiculous waste! So I ended up with a 6" of something else that I really didn't want... wife wanted water, but the water dispenser wasn't working correctly... then we ate inside and the air came on BLASTING us with cold air. We toughed it out after moving to another table... WILL not visit...
