Subway — Restaurant in Hillview

I mistakenly ordered food here and they refused to give me a refund. I live more than two hours away and would not be able to pick up the food so after I placed the ordered and realizing my mistake I called the store immediately and tried canceling the order. They said they could not cancel the order and that the food was already made. I’m not quite sure how they made two sandwiches in under a minute but that’s beside the point. They said they would take my name and number down and give it to the store manager so the manager could call and figure it out. Since I ordered the food on Friday I was not expecting a call back until maybe Monday or Tuesday. I never received a call so I tried calling them and they still refused to issue a refund. “According to Subway's FAQ, if you need to cancel or modify an order placed online or via the Subway app, you should contact the specific restaurant where the order was placed.” Since I called immediately I didn’t think they would have an issue giving me a refund. Went thru the drive thru and the lady was extremely rude. When I got my sandwich, it was DISGUSTING. For a $10 sandwich this is BS. Meat was missing in half of it. It looks like they used less than half the meat for a six inch and spread it across a footling. On top of that, they used WAY too much sauce. My bread is already soggy from the five minute drive home.. Was extremely disappointed. Don’t go through drive thru, they WILL NOT make your food right. Seriously a sad experience.

To add: I called and talked with the store and the girl assured me that she’d have someone else make my sandwich. I went thru drive thru and it was the same rude girl. When I told her I had a sandwich remake she said ‘yeah okay what’s the bread’ and was rude AGAIN. I drove around and went inside in hopes someone else would make my family’s food and was met with a group of teenage girls telling each other ‘I’m not making her sandwich’ and ‘it’s not my turn’ I just insisted on getting my money back instead, this was pathetic....

Once again I am having to complain unfortunately my husband in that use the subway quite often and the laundromat next door it sounds by very nice the owner but the staff was not quite with it last night which would have been the 26th I've met we ordered call Ham provolone sandwichon Italian cheese bread Italian herb and cheese and it was so dry the bread was so dry it was hard to chew into and had to ask for extra hand because there was hardly any had been put on the sandwich it looked to appear that one of the girls was under the influence of something and seem to act that way as well the staff were all over the place the counter was a mess the soups looked over cooked and dried and at the price that we have to pay for items and as they are no longer taking coupons for their meals the least that you can expect is to walk out with a nice order not happy with this would like to see some changes because it used to be a good Subway and they have...
