First of all the entire restaurant is nasty, the bathroom is filthy it only has one temperature setting for the water which is always on hell, the lobby was nasty and hot there were dirty tables and nowhere to sit unless you cleaned it yourself, the freeze machine doesn't work, the manager Shauna's attitude was nasty, she did not greet us when we walked in, and she wasn't even approachable when we ordered, and after saying every item that I wanted she asked very blunty "anything else" like she didn't even want to deal with us, the food quality was horrible I ordered a nacho bell grande with extra beef, and nacho cheese with jalapeños and the beans were as stiff as a board so it wasn't tasty at all, my burrito supreme had all the food at one end of it so when I bit into all I got was a mouth full of bread, the beef in my crunchy taco was as dry if not dryer than the bean consistency and my crunchy taco tasted stale like a boxed taco it wasn't even warm and the wait to get this horrible quality of food was over 20 minutes and they were not busy nor apologetic about the wait and as I sit here and type this message the managers attitude still hasn't changed with any of the other customers she does not seem enthused about being here. I come through this taco Bell every other day and the service of the employees dduring the day are wonderful as well as the food quality, I usually don't arrive this late but due to a hold up on my job I got here later than usual but from this day forward I shall take my business elsewhere maybe to the waffle house next door since this taco Bell doesn't value they're customers like they should and it seems as if they don't mind...

Read more4 cars in front of me. Waited in line at drive thru almost 40 minutes. Theres no space to turn around either. Shouldn't take that long going thru a drive. I get to the speaker and it takes a few minutes before somebody starts talking. It was hard to here what he was saying. They guy in line in front of me they still had his order on the screen. I ordered a chalupa box and cinnamon twist. They put my order on the screen with his. After ordering I sat there for 2 minutes.I asked for my price and if I they wanted to pull forward. But I got no response. I payed for my food with a gift card and got no receipt. While driving away I notice they never gave me the cinnamon twist I order. They also gave me the wrong drink.
