La pizzeria — Restaurant in South Carolina

So we went there tonight for dinner. First question we ask waitress is about kids pizza and then order it for our 7 year old. We then place our order. Our food comes but no pizza for our daughter. But we had ordered some ravioli so didn’t pay it too much attention. Other waitress walks over because ours never comes to the table even to deliver food. She tells us the food for our child was never ordered. We decide to order it again. This is 35 minutes plus into us being there. Finally after over an hour of being there we ask for a refund of the pizza since we already paid the bill. The waitress replies “I’m just a waitress here it’s not my fault” which the reply is yes it is absolutely your fault. You didn’t put in the order. As we get our refund for this the cook says please take this pizza as my apology. I tell him it’s not necessary but he says it’s made it’s free for you. The waitress walks to grab the box ajd aggressively puts it in my hand to the fact that the table next to us comments on it. I’m rating this three because the food is great. My husband and I visited LA pizzeria Monday 5/31/21 and enjoyed the mozzarella sticks with a very tasty marinara sauce, God Father pizza and a Melata salad. The few things I feel could have been better is I had a beer and when I ordered my second one the waitress used my glass instead of getting a fresh cold one. I also noticed one of the tables outside had a used pizza box on it that remained there during our visit and also one by the chip stand, used dishes on the bar, trash on the floor, chairs out of place and 3 waitresses standing behind the counter. One was eating, one was leaning on the counter and the last one was talking to the one eating and looking at her phone. If you have time to lean then you have time to clean. Also, our used plates stayed on the table after we finished eating until we left. This place need better management and leadership and it would be a 5 Star restaurant. We were passing by and stopped at this place. Nice little place in the outlet mall area. Was easy to find parking. Our server was nice. We didn't have to wait to be seated. They had lunch specials too. We are vegetarians so were looking for vegetarian options only. We ordered veggie pizza and penne alla vodka. The food came out in decent time. Pizza was very flavorful. But we suspected meat in the pasta dish and asked the server and she said it didn't have any, only onions and tomatoes. But when we found pieces of meat and showed it to her, she realized that it was indeed made with bacon in it. We should have asked beforehand but from the menu description it sounded like it would not have any meat. Our server was able to switch the dish to a vegetarian option and they were able to bring the other dish out quickly.
