Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Hilton Head Island

I order from the app all the time. This was the first time I ordered from the app and it told me to come pick it up an hour later. Lunchtime is crazy and they are crazy slow.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE APP. They take those orders last. I saw several rounds of people order, get their stuff and go while I was waiting for my order. I did have someone ask me what my name was and they told me that my order would take another 25 minutes.

Unless you have a lot of time on your hands do not come to this Jersey Mike's. You're better off grabbing a bite at a sit-down restaurant. Below is the photo for lunch.

Ok the bearded guy who was incessantly complaining to the customers that he should have his own Jersey Mike's store was the guy who told me that I had to wait 25 minutes more.

15 minutes later another associate asked me what my name was and made mu sub. That associate apologized for my wait. Not only that, they were the biggest Subs I've ever eaten from Jersey Mike's. IMO that young man made up for some if the rudenessfor the slovenly looking bearded guy with no name tag. Wish I had gotten his name.

In a nutshell: Great food; disappointing service. Here's the details: We were driving back to Hilton Head Island from west Bluffton early evening and decided to pick up some sandwiches on the way home. So, we placed an order for a sandwich and a wrap to be ready at 5:13. We arrived at 5:11. I waited in the car as my wife went in to pick up the sandwiches. My intent was to keep the car cool on a hot day, expecting my wife to return in a couple minutes with our food. Well, she did return...15 minutes later. Yes, she was in the restaurant for 15 minutes as I watched several other customers come and go. When she returned, she said that other people who walked in were served even though our pickup time had come and gone and our food was paid for. So, if you don't mind spotty service, this might be a good place to pick up a tasty sandwich. Of course, those who showed up without advance ordering probably felt their service was just fine.
