I called to talk to a specific real person regarding a customer service matter 3 times; last Monday, yesterday and today. Last Monday, I got a voice mailbox and left a message with my number and no one bothered to return my call. Monday I called and got a real person and left a message for the person I needed to speak to only to not be called back even though I was told she would be in the office later that day. Today I called a different number and got a voice mail greeting by the person I needed to speak to early this morning. I left a detailed message with my number and it is now late afternoon. I guess Marylou's is not interested in keeping their customers. Time to find a new favorite...

Today , just like every day this week I went to buy my regular coffee ( mintylou) .I went to pull my debit card to pay but to my total surprise I left my card at home in my coat that I wore yesterday. I ran to my car to check if it was there but nope. So I ran back cos I was getting late for work and told them I forgot my card,and one of the ladies said she,ll pay for my coffee.😭😢😢..I wish I got her name but I know her face. Only marylous that has a constantly different coffee. Today I asked for a coffee the way I always do and the girl was to busy helping the person someone else was helping she didn't listen to how I wanted my coffee. Afyer messing it up I asked for it to be darker and she poured out about a 1/4" of the way to light coffee to add more that obviously didn't change anything. My order is a "Large splash of milk ,one sugar. Then I always say barely any milk I like it dark" the pics what I got after asking it...
