I'm still shocked at our first experience. We will never darken the doorstep of this place again and just advise everyone to stay alert while you are there. We came in and was basically ignored for about 10 minutes while waiting to place our order. Granted it was 9 pm and I'm sure all were tired but they were all standing around enjoying themselves and finally decided to take our order. The order was placed and we stood there. The girl at the register rang up something else and proceeded to ask my husband for payment. He gave her his card and she gave him back a receipt. Then she stood there a minute and then looked at my husband and asked for payment again. He told her he had already paid but very rudely asked for payment again. My husband pulled the receipt from his pocket and that is when he realized she had bought herself dinner and used our card to pay for it. When my husband asked her what was going on she got nervous and my husband told her to enjoy her meal and we were leaving. Then she offered to pay us back for her meal! Unbelievable! We left and attempted to contact the manager by phone but no answer. I left a message and asked that we get a call back but so far there has been no response. Very disappointed in this franchise. At this point we just want to warn people of this wrong doing. I'm checking with our bank tomorrow to make sure this young lady only enjoyed her meal and nothing else "on us" and if so, we will contact the police. So typically we will order online and do pickup at the window and thatâs where the problems begin. Typically Iâm given 20 minutes out from my order time, in the time you think things would be ready...nope. Somehow they only have two girls working the front (on a Saturday night bc no one goes ... well now bc Georgia has lifted restrictions). One after watching seems scattered, itâs either sheâs rushing to do too much and canât keep track or she genuinely has trouble keeping track when too much starts happening. Her counter part doesnât seem super interested in speeding along to help. Prior to this I had gotten in line (a minute after the given pickup time), with two cars ahead of me. One car was finishing up. I waited 10 minutes in line prior to reaching the window. They donât typically take orders at the window but hand over pre-ordered online food. Which Iâm assuming these people were given a 20 minute window as well. Now I wait another 10 after pulling up bc they actually havenât gotten the order ready yet, and remember thereâs only two people working at the front. This is Georgia so theyâre also dealing with people coming in. I donât recommend going if your in a hurry or your patience has already been tested and stretched for the day.    Read moreI ordered food online for pickup at the window and when I arrived I was told that the âspudsâ I ordered werenât available (hadnât been put in the oven that morning), the other things I ordered were ready and that I needed to pick something else in place of the baked potatoes. There was an issue with cancelling part of my order so the entire order was supposed to be cancelled and refunded. I was charged for the food I got minus the potatoes, after the cancellation of the first charge. Wendy was very pleasant through the entire process. Days later I realized both charges had posted to my account and I called the location to have it straightened out. I spoke with Wendy again and she took my information so her manager could look into the issue and call back. I was offered a free meal if the refund couldnât be processed but the amount I paid was for more than two meals. I waited for a call back but hours later I received a notification that Iâd been refunded for the first order that was supposed to be cancelled. While I appreciate the fact that the refund was issued, a phone call from the manager apologizing for the inconvenience and hearing what I had to say about the situation wouldâve made the situation better and I would have definitely considered going back in the future but I...
