If I could give a negative star review I would for this restaurant. On two separate occasions I've been met with extremely rude and poor customer service. Both times I order via food service applications (Doordash and Postmates), and was almost treated as though I was trying to steal an order on the first visit, and then told they could not prepare my order during the second visit AFTER I'd received a confirmation that my order was ready for pick up. They simply stated I needed to contact Postmates, but never even offered to take my order while in-person and prepare it. I try not to assume negative intent with anyone, but the owners seem to lack the understanding that customer service is key when running any establishment that serves the public at large (or perhaps a person of color). I am a paying customer who always tips no matter where I am, and it's been extremely disturbing to be treated as though I am asking them for a favor. Rest assured I will never...

I gave this place another try tonight and it was a HUGE mistake. They lie about cooking the wings fresh. When you pick up your order, they look as if they were freshly cooked with smoke coming from the box when checking your food but when you bite into the wings that's when you find out they are OLD, pre cooked chicken wings that's been refried and tossed in sauce. I asked for my chicken to be cooked fresh to order and they LIED; they always lie. I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. The guy who answer the phone is so dam rude. When you call, he has an attitude and state nothing he can do. If you stop lying, improve your food quality and customer service, you wouldn't have customers like me complain. Shorted my order when i ordered through door dash with a 25% off promo code. Said i didnt pay for everything I ordered so I couldnt have my full order. Refused to give me the rest of my order., even after providing my copy of my doordash receipt that stated the discount due to the promo. Worst part, their food isnt even good. Its edible and i was willing to deal with it today for the sole purpose that their tea is better than wingstop, & thats really what I had a craving for. I will not return to this business and i highly discourage anyone to use them, ESPECIALLY through doordash. I was also told that I am the one who should contact doordash about the situation, even though they signed up to be listed on doordash and THEY are the ones with the issue of charge from doordash. I paid what i was required to pay on doordash, they did not serve as they should have.
