Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Hobart Township

I'm going to tell you like this this has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever witnessed coming into basking and Robbins I come into the store nobody acknowledges me I'm standing at the freezer for about 3 minutes until somebody walked up to the guy that was ignoring me and said can you take his order I'll take over what you're doing he leans over into the freezer with no hair net no gloves scooping ice cream out of the inside of the doggone freezer so I say hey please don't get no hair in my stuff man and he comes out grabs another cone the cone loses the paper now he's bare handed just holding on to the cone I said you know what never mind I don't need it have a good day this place needs some real help and I pray that they work on better sanitation methods especially after what we just...

i don’t even know why i bother to order from this location anymore. each time they screw it up. i ordered a scoop of regular chocolate chip cookie dough and turtle. they said they were out of turtle. no big deal so instead they gave us “cosmic brownie”. like correct me if i’m wrong but that’s nowhere near a substitute to what i ordered. whatever i let it go and accepted it. i opened my “original” cup and saw that they gave me cold brew ice cream and caramel praline. mind you, i can’t have caffeine. it’s also 8pm. like….the only common thing these flavors have are that...

I go here on a regular and always had good customer service... but the other day I purchased coffee got my receipt and was excited for a coupon I received In back of the receipt.. next day me happy w the coupon ready to give to the lady in the window and she yells at me that they can't take my coupon cause it's expired... with the worse attitude in the world.. mam why u guys giving expired coupons I just got this yesterday....
