I was looking for a nice store to grab something for a night out for my friends birthday. i found this store on google and was absolutely so excited to go because they had everything i was wanting. something told me to look at the reviews and YIKES. i decided i did not want to go and waste my time if the empolyees and MANAGER were that rude. I have never even been to this store and was excited but ya'll just lost a potential customer because of how you treat others. i am surprised this store is still open. if you dont like people or have a bad attitude, dont work in customer service. i gave 1 star because i was disgusted on HOW MANY horror stories i read. i feel bad for the people that had to endure this treatment this is really bad and unnacceptable. ill take my business somewhere else and i suggest anyone else who reads this review to do the same. you don't get to treat people like trash and get away...

I went in the store to get a dress for a last minute wedding. The staff members were very rude. They said there wasn’t a fitting room, which okay that’s okay. So I was gonna try the dress on over my clothes and was told I’m not allowed to do so. The staff member got really shitty with me because I brought the dress up there without a hanger. And then proceeded to tell me if the dress doesn’t fit I can’t return it. I don’t understand… if I’m not allowed to try your clothing on in store, why if it doesn’t fit can I not return it??? I will not be returning. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a store in my entire life. I was really looking forward to browsing because it’s hard to find plus size inclusive...

1st off...if i could give less than a star... I WOULD. they had me and my daughter waiting outside past the opening time and one of the employees saw us, didnt come open the door...so went to another store until they decided to finally open up. I believe it is common courtesy to come to the door and let us know why youre not opening up on time. i was feeling lightheaded, so when I got in the store I decided to sit for just a minute and here comes some woman( i'm assuming was the manager) comes up the isle and instead of asking me if i was okay...rudely says to me "you cant sit there"! As my daughter and I were shopping we were calling her to ask her a question, she ignored us. i MEAN, COME...
