I very rarely write reviews, therefore, I take no pleasure in having to write this review, but the fact that I am writing a review shows my strong dissatisfaction with the services rendered. An acquaintance went in for a simple routine pedicure and the nail technician cut the hallux (big toe) to the point where blood was gushing forth. The only remedy that "US Nails" offered was to dip the entire foot in ice water. No bandages or antibiotic ointment were provided. After leaving "US Nails", professional medical treatment had to be rendered, the hallux was then wrapped in bandages that require changing daily, and a seven day regimen of antibiotics was administered to help combat any possible infections. Given the circumstances, medical professionals even sought to recommend a tetanus shot. This review is not intended to dissuade or tell any present or future customers to avoid this establishment, but rather this review is intended to highlight the importance of always applying the very simple business principle of providing sensible, safe, and quality customer care/service. The nail technician proved to be negligent in performing this pedicure, resulting in injury to a paying customer. worst experience ever I originally went in to get rose gold chrome nails well the nail tech cut my thumb with her nail sander I then changed my mind to solid chrome and one nail burgundy polish she gave me an attitude she then put pink gel polish I told her no because it would be the rose chrome she said no no no well yes it turned rose chrome I asked the guy next to her does she know what she's doing because she kept asking her coworkers something and they kept stopping by me she said i fix it i fix it i said im not paying for this just finish the one nail rose chrome and the rest in nail polish the manager said oh your paying because u got the chrome i said noo i told her before she started i wanted chrome not rose chrome i changed my mind before she started I got sooo frustrated I got my stuff and proceeded to walk out the man ran after me and said I call police on you need to pay I said im only paying for the nails I paid then $25 and he said get the hell out of here so I left with one pink nail and the rest unpainted and i have a wedding to go to Saturday....very unprofessional very ruid and they need to get workers that comprehend the English language better..Will never go back nor recommend anyone....save your time and money and go else...

Literally I came here last year and all my nails turned black/looked dirty after two days, I never even considered coming back but they did do a really good job on my eyebrows so, I decided to go back four days ago intentionally to only get my eyebrows done, but after looking at all the cute colors I decided to go ahead and get a full set.. WORST CHOICE I MADE (choice because you can't make the same mistake twice) anyhow, my eyebrows turned out horrible & the lady have the nerve to tell me that I wasn't resting my face, my face is always rested so.. try again! & yes my nails once again turned black again even though I paid the extra 10$ for no chip this time! 45$ down the drain. I am not one to complain or even to make reviews but I HIGHLY recommend for anyone to NOT come to us nails for anything!!! I would rather pay 60$ somewhere else, yes it's that bad! My nails weren't even coated good at all.. when I walked out I could see the paint lines. The only reason I give them a star is because it's the lowest rating they have! & yes they are IGNORANT and NOT at all understanding.
