White Castle — Restaurant in Hobart Township

Placed a mobile order for 2 chicken sliders. Pulled up to the speaker (4am just got off work not a single car in the drive thru) was put on hold for almost 6 minutes. While waiting I saw the sloppy job deal for $5. Asked the girl if could get 2 sloppy joes, fry, and drink. She tells me $10 something. I said HUH?! She said you want 2 sloppy joes, fry, and drink I replied YES she again tells me $10…. I said what about the $5 deal. She said “oh that’s what you want” 🙄. Get to the window and it was $5.05 (thinking taxes are wrong should be $5.35). Then she said wait it’s $7.35 so I give $10.35 then told my nickel is Canadian (4am dark in my car) we got the .5 cents out of the way 🙄. As I went to leave realized no drink. This man came around the corner so I flagged him down. As he went to make the drink a girl with glasses came to correct what he was doing. She dumped the ice out of the cup and scooped ice back in (what he was doing wrong God only knows. If it was more ice than should be at this point I didn’t really care). As I’m driving I went to eat a sloppy Joe. I took one bite into a HARD bun THINKING did I just receive the luck of the draw for the one that receives bad service all day (not a single napkin in the bag). Get home the other sandwich bun is HARD. Had cheese on my fries and a side of cheese that I never ordered, jalapeño cheese on my chicken (mobile order and didn’t edit the cheese). After this experience it reminded me why I only go to White Castle ONCE a year after a few drinks when I’m hungry and won’t remember much of the visit. Should had just went to Mc D across the street since I know what to expect with consistency.

STAY AWAY!!! Worst possible place to get food and worst experiences we have ever had every time we decide to give it another chance. Today there was absolutely no excuse. No line. Wasn't busy. The girl in drive through must have been high because she couldn't take or understand the easiest possible order and made me repeat it multiple times. She read it back and it was correct. Got home and not only was half the order missing but the bread on the three sandwiches that we got was super old, hard and stale so they must have been sitting out all day. Even worse both the coffee and the soft drinks kids were not closed so as quick as I picked them up they went all over me and my car. What a nightmare. So once again I tried to call and ask for a manager and once again the girl who took the order acted like she was the manager and basically told me she can't help me through the order was correct and there was nothing she could do. Every time I go here multiple issues and then try hard to cover for themselves. I don't believe any of these episodes reviews are real. As it's ALWAYS. Aoroble. Her enas everyone in the area knows it and agrees. Go somewhere else these folks can't get anything right ever. We stupidly go back there once or twice a year wjen the McDonald's across the streets line is super long (for a reason! Because everyone avoids this place like the plague that it is) and it's always the same nightmares over and over. Close this place down already. It's been making white castle look bad for...

For future reference because this is absolutely crazy to me... When someone asks for EXTRA tarter sauce and mayo packets because you don't offer to put them on as an option and we never have tarter sauce in our house...When someone gets a CRAVE CASE WITH 30 BURGERS... EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA TARTER SAUCE AND MAYO DOES NOT EQUAL 8 PACKETS OF EACH. I HAVE 30 BURGERS AND NOT ENOUGH PACKETS NOW...Not to mention the 3 napkins I got and 2 marinara for 10 mozzarella sticks. Double marinara should be 4 for 10 sticks... Who keeps marinara sauce in their house. I ask for extra of these things because I don't keep them around... And every time I ask for extra I get not enough for my burgers so my daughter asked for extra extra extra and I even put it in the special instructions... Extra would be like 20 packets of each for 30 burger that's technically not even extra if you did 1 packet at burger.... If you don't want to give out packets then make it an option to be put on the burgers. For real. I'm gonna be that Karen cuz...
