I'm finding this to be a more common practice at Stracks. If you buy these "MADE FRESH IN STORE" chips. Watch the labels. I found this to be very deceptive (ON THE SAME BAG) and now I wonder how many products they do this to. I found the same thing being done at the Stracks in Lake of the Four Seasons on Chicken. I brought it to their attention and it was blamed on the "Vendors" really? You advertise it as made in the store. I know you cook a lot of food in the store, "Vendor" comes in and changes the labels? Naw...... Chips are not that big of a deal, expired Chicken can hurt someone.

If I could rate negative I would. Lately nothing is good except the sushi. The bread the meats nothing lasts more than a day before spoiling or getting moldy. Completely horrible will be going other places and hope everyone else does too so hopefully they step up and do what’s right from now on. And this isn’t even about the numerous different EXPIRED item I find on the shelves every trip I take there.

Grab an in-store ad and check out the weekly specials. Stop by the bakery for free smells!!! Open 7 days a week for your late night shopping convenience.

Went to this bakery on a Thursday to order a birthday cake for my children. There were two women(an older lady and another that was younger than the older lady) working the bakery. I was standing at the counter the older lady continued to work. The other lady (the younger one) came to assist me. The younger lady was trying her best to assist but I could tell she was still learning as she looked to the older lady for assistance. The older lady came to assist but was not professional and continued to walk off. As the younger woman continued to assist me the older lady interrupted and began telling the younger lady what duties she needed to complete in the bakery. So I decided to leave and go to my favorite store Mejiers in portage. I was able to get just what I wanted from Meijer's and everyone was professional and...

This has been my go to store for years. I'm very disappointed that they now own so many but prices are getting higher and the bakery is getting WORSE. I bought an almond coffee cake which I haven't been able to buy from them (they always seem to be gone when I'm there) for a few years, but I've always loved because it had almond filling. Well I just paid $6 for a dry coffee cake with no almond filling just a scant line of some slivered almonds and almonds on top. I called the bakery they just said we use a "nut" filling (there sure was no "filling" in that) and I could bring it back in and get my money back. Very disappointwd that they are changing things! My Mother has Shopped at this Location for over a Decade, Every Week I take My Mother here at Our Local Grocery store, She Refuses to Shop anywhere else, Spends anywhere between $300-500 per Week. She Loves to Cook, They Always have Everything She Needs, I've been bringing My Mother here for the Previous 3 year's & I Noticed that Management has Upgraded & Updated alot of Little things which is Awesome bc it Really Classes the Place up, Everyone that Works here is Awesome & Amazing. I can't Thank Everyone Who Works here Enough for All that They do. GOD BLESS. I Apologize for not being able to Provide pictures as LOL There are No Phone's Allowed as We Take Mom...
