My friend and I visited this restaurant on September 1. I ordered the 1/2 rotisserie chicken and my friend ordered the Chicken Parmesan over spaghetti. Our server was named Steve. Our server was very nice and very courteous. The food was really bad. The rotisserie chicken looked like it was very old and had been reheated. It also tasted that way. My side dishes were a salad and a baked potato. The baked potato was also very old. They also gave me some green beans in this weird red sauce that I didn't ask for. I didn't eat it. We were on a tight schedule that day and did not have time to allow them to make it right. So we ate what we could and prayed that our stomachs wouldn't hurt. They have a LOT of items on the menu so that should have been a red flag for me. Anyway, I made it out alive. If I ever visit this place again, I will be sure to reserve enough time to send the food back if it's warmed over. Pretty decent atmosphere and the waiter was really nice. They offered dessert with our dinners but we didn't want to press our luck so we both declined.

The 3 star review is a combination of 2 star food and 4 star atmosphere. The pretzel bites were super dense and inedible. Didn't go past bite one. The chicken finger breading was kind of aggressive but I did eat all of them. Don't get the "medium sauce" looking for something spicy. Pizza bread was pizza bread. Came with a marinara sidecar which was weird but extra marinara is always good I guess. Our server was a gem. We didn't hear music that came out after 2010 but really what good has happened after 2010 anyways. Beer prices were also at pre 2010 levels at $3.25 a pop. Lots of dancing like nobody's watching. Patio for smoking right outside, convenient for smoking and if you don't mind coming home smelling like an ash tray. There were a grand total of zero masks being worn so if you're into not getting the rona maybe skip this joint. Overall, I'm sure I'll be back. It really is a rare jewel of Hobart.

Today was definitely not a good one, Paragon. I've always enjoyed the breakfasts I've had, but I'm generally not a big fan. I've never found anything I really enjoyed on the menu that would keep me coming back, but it's Father's Day and Dad's a fan. He loves the chopped steak dinner so we decided to have food delivered for dinner. Since nothing really caught my eye and I didn't really feel like breakfast, I ordered the Paragon Salad (no onions, not a fan of big pieces of raw red onion) with blue cheese dressing.

The food arrived roughly within an hour, I'd say, which is pretty normal. However, after taking everything out of the box, we discovered there wasn't a single bit of dressing, for my salad or for Mom's side salad that came with her meal. After calling and being told someone would out with our dressing I ate the soup that came with my brother's meal. An hour later, still no dressing, we called back and were told again, someone would be on there way while also being told they were sure someone packed it. By this point I needed to leave and pick my brother up from work so I left the house, my mother calling me a half hour later, telling me my dressing had finally arrived, the driver apologizing profusely, saying he had just been informed it was missing from our order (over two hours later!) Totally not his fault. He was mad someone hadn't said something and sent him or someone else out with our dressing sooner.

I arrived home just before nine, pulled my salad out of the fridge where it had been sitting, waiting to be eaten since it arrived, picked out the red onions I asked not to be included, poured on the little cups of dressing, took one bite and spit it out. Three hours after ordering my salad, I was finally going to be able to eat my dinner, to discover that the dressing that was brought to my house, was ranch.

Thanks for nothing, Paragon.

P.S. Dad enjoyed his food and it is Father's Day so guess that's...

READ ALL PLEASE. When you look online at the hours it says they are open til 11. But when you go at 9:30 after movies you get cold soup and made to pay by 9:50. Rude! Come to find out they didn't change the hours on line. Then the 2 bus boys are horrible. They first boy took my plate I was still eating on without even asking then the other boy took my mother in laws. I said you really need to ask if people are done before you take their plate. My husband said to ME....We are done coming here and that boy pops off and says WE DONT CARE. They took my number and said the owner will call you in the morning. Still waiting. As we were leaving the 2 grown men sitting at a counter said they will be back. Just being rude again. What the heck has happened to this place. On top of all that the the sausage made me vomit at 2 am. It didn't even digest. Now I know when I asked to sample the sausage gravy why it tasted sour. I even told the waitress something was wrong with it. Didn't think about the same sausage being used in my omlette. It's sad because they used to be good. Them 2 boys need fired. No need for them in public with how they were raised to be cocky and rude. They laughed even as we were upset and leaving our number that the waitress asked for. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU LIKE POOR SERVICE AND...

My family and I was craving breakfast food. So, we were very excited to find out Paragon had all day breakfast. First, the waitress was coughing up a lung and apologized that she had a tingle in her throat and sweared she didn't have Covid. Okay, I was thinking she probably should have stayed home. Anyway, We received are food and it was disgusting. My sister and I had a breakfast skillet. The potatoes and meat tasted as if it was cooked in old grease. My fried egg was so over cooked. My daughter's breakfast steak was a terrible cut of meat and tough. My nieces pancakes tasted off. After wasting the entire meal. I informed the hostess who was also at the cash register, that the food was awful and tasted like old grease and to have the manager change the grease. He doesn't want to get anyone sick...The hostess stated, she'll inform the manager. Now, this information was not given to the waitress because after she delivered the meals to the table, she was missing in action. Finally I spotted her sitting down on her cellphone in a booth. I will not be coming back to this establishment. No good. By the way, My sister and I was sick later that afternoon with diarrhea and stomach ache with the few...
