My experience at Taco Bell on Hobart. When I asked for nacho fries box and chalupa box. They did not have either. EITHER. WTH.. Your out of both specials?? And why did they not have them I asked .. because they were cleaning the grill.. (But its 10:20).. Okay then. I ordered other things. Please note the lines are very long. Almost 20 min... At the window the lady brought me a pop and 1 bag full of food. Gave me the extra sauce I asked for. And sent me on my my way. After driving home ..15 min away.. I checked the bag. Half of my food is missing... now I will admit some fault and say that I should have double checked the bag in the line... however I should not have to do the employees work for them... after driving 15 min back. I go to the door... which is locked... it's late hours... I then proceeded knock on the window. At first I was ignored by the manager. After i continued to knock the manager Holly.. told me (Shouting across the store.. through the glass...she never came to the door... I told her that I did not receive all of my food. She then told me to go back through the drive thru.. and I asked through this long line??? And she shrugged her shoulders.. and then I said. Just give me my money back.. she said I had to go through the drive through and walked away... now I'm back in this 20 minute line... when I get to the window Holly informed me that she called her manager and was told that I could get only what was missing.. I'm okay with that... but let me ask you. Will they compensate for my time? My gas that I wasted coming back and forth??? NO..
Now I know that the staff (Holly) will tell her manager that I just grabbed the food and drove away... but of that's the case?? Why did the lady at the window...who have me my food... tell me to have a good night? And this was after she went back a second time to get me extra sauce and gave me a receipt..
All of this could have been avoided if she would have open the door and either gave me my food. Or my money back. But No.. she wasted my time.. making me go back through the line a second time.
I wont be coming back to any taco bell again ever.. and Holly and her manager (who she called while I was waiting in the line again.. she told me she called the manager and they discussed the issue... makes that person compliant as well. ) may say "good., dont come back". And its what I expect to happen...
I dont expect anything to come from writing this because I know that you (person) reading this right now wont care enough to do anything.. but your business will suffer because people like her. And her manager.. Good Luck

At first I thought it was just that someone there didn't like me or something but my bf ordered from a brand new account and guess what??? THEY DIDN'T COMPLETE MY ORDER!!!! The order is literally PRINTED ON THE BAG how hard is it to double check????? I won't continue to waste my money here and neither should anyone else.
UPDATE!!!! Today I actually went into the building and ordered. I ordered 5 cheesy double beef burritos for us, I order these specifically because I HATE refried beans and beans in general and these are the cheapest option with no beans. I also ordered a few other items for my boyfriend and mild sauce. I specifically checked the bag to make sure everything was there before I left because EVERY SINGLE TIME that I have ever gone there they have gotten something wrong with my order, and unfortunately I order from there more than I'd like to because Taco Bell is my boyfriends favorite and this one is the closest to us. I checked the bag and everything seemed correct and I was relieved because I thought maybe going in and being there while they made the order had given them some incentive to get the order correct. I get all the way home to discover that every single burrito is actually a rice and bean burrito. Basically I wasted almost $30 just to not even be able to eat dinner tonight. I'm starting to think it's targeted, how can they possibly get my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME??? Read moreI've lived around here for 4 years, I've gone to this taco bell. EXTENSIVELY throughout those four years. It used to be my go to Taco Bell! Id recommend it to everyone. Now I couldn't recommend it less. It has easily become one of the worst taco bells. The workers are slow, oblivious, like they hadn't been trained properly, or whoever made the schedule didn't schedule enough people. Either way waiting 10 to 15 minutes for what was literally 3 tacos, and a freeze is ridiculous no matter the standpoint. I understand being busy, I understand being understaffed, but I can't understand why there's people on the clock not working, not helping, oh and don't get me started on the kiosks they added.
