Space Jump Trampoline Park — Attraction in Hobbs

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, OR NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD! I GUESS WHEN NADEEM KASSIS OR CINDY KASSIS ARE QUESTIONED ABOUT ANYTHING OR GIVEN A BAD REVIEW, THE CHILDREN OF THE PEOPLE WHO SPEAK UP ARE PERMANENTLY BANNED. WE WERE NOT GOING TO SPEND ANY MORE MONEY THERE OR HAVE ANY EVENTS THERE, HOWEVER OUR 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS INVITED TO A PARTY WITH HER FRIEND. HER FRIENDS MOTHER JUST CALLED AND SAID THAT OUR DAUGHTER IS PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM THE ESTABLISHMENT!!! WE WERE NOT GOING TO ATTEND, ONLY OUR 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS GOING WITH A FRIEND AND THE FRIEND’S MOTHER! NOW, SPACE JUMP REQUIRES A LIST IN ORDER FOR A PARTY TO BE SCHEDULED. MY DAUGHTER’S NAME WAS ON THE LIST, AND SPACE JUMP (NADEEM KASSIS/CINDY KASSIS) NOTIFIED THE FRIEND THAT OUR DAUGHTER WAS PERMANENTLY BANNED? I GUESS IT IS OKAY TO TAKE OUT FRUSTRATIONS AND ANGER ON CHILDREN NOW, YET GO PARADING AROUND EVERYWHERE CLAIMING TO BE CHRISTIANS? DO YOU THINK YOUR GOD OR YOUR JESUS WOULD APPROVE OF YOU TAKING OUT SOMETHING ON A CHILD THAT HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT YOU ARE UPSET ABOUT? YOU HAVE HURT A LITTLE GIRLS FEELINGS, MADE HER CRY BECAUSE SHE CANNOT GO SPEND QUALITY TIME WITH HER FRIEND, AND MADE HER WONDER WHAT SHE DID TO BE BANNED(SHE DID NOTHING IN ORDER TO BE BANNED). I PROMISE YOU THAT MY GOD DOES NOT LIKE UGLY, ESPECIALLY TOWARDS CHILDREN, AND I CAN ASSURE YOU HIS VENGEANCE IS BETTER THAN ANYTHING I CAN COME UP WITH FOR YOU!!! MAY SPACE JUMP AND THE KASSIS’S BE METED OUT THE EXACT VENGEANCE AND PUNISHMENT THAT GOD SEES FIT FOR THEM. JUST REMEMBER EVERYONE, THEY GET OUR TAX MONEY AS A GRANT TO PAY FOR SOME OF SPACE JUMP, YET NOT EVERYONE WHOS PAYING TAXES HERE CAN AFFORD TO TAKE THEIR KIDS TO SPACE JUMP, AND THE KASSIS FAMILY DOESNT OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE LESS FORTUNATE! ALSO TAKE TIME TO READ THE OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT HOW OTHERS ARE TREATED AT SPACE JUMP. MAYBE IT IS TIME TO CALL FOR A TOTAL BAN ON KASSIS OWNED BUSINESSES?? CHANGE HAPPENS WHEN THEY FEEL IT IN THEIR POCKET BOOKS!!! *FYI I had already cancelled the automatic payments for Space Jump after my first review, however it took my husband getting upset about us continuing to be charged and him posting about it before we got the automatic payments stopped!! So, don’t sign up for autopay unless you want to be an autopay customer for a long time, even after you tell them not to charge. In fact, we had to call our credit card company twice to dispute Space Jump charges after we had thought it was cancelled.

*synopsis of 1st review so everything will fit. We pay for a monthly membership at Space Jump but were disappointed with the Easter egg hunt event. An employee unfairly gave special treatment to certain participants, causing upset among others. The response from Space Jump when we raised our concerns was unsatisfactory. We will be canceling our membership and will not be returning. Consider this before spending money...

I will gave it a zero if I could, staff was rude, and unprofessional. My mom cannot walk because she has a knee injured and needs to be sitting, my sister is breastfeeding and Desiree “the manager” came and asked me: How long are you planning to be sitting at the dinning area??? I was like What? then she said that we cannot seat if we are not consuming, and we had ice drinks from there, plus we have to paid to observe which is ridiculous. The place is expensive and staff is not well trained or good with customers. I got very upset because my mom needs to seat, also my sister is breastfeeding and they complain because she has a zippy cup, while other customers have zippy cups with them, they didn’t say anything to them. I couldn’t stay longer, the situation got worse because she came and again asked us how long we are staying there? so I told her that it is ridiculous, so I came from a place that this is not tolerated, so how it comes that you cannot have water for the baby? I even asked her if they babies cannot have their water for milk. This is insane. At the end she menaced to call the cops. So, I told her call the cops. I was so uncomfortable, never in my life I felt...

Pro: Park is cool. Dodge ball, trampolines with games like basketball and a ninja warrior style course. There’s a zipline and foam pit as well. Everything you’d expect from the fun side.

Con: Spent around $700 for a party and had to go get dinner after. Only 2 hours time even for the birthday kids the time runs simultaneously for the park and room so you spend a good amount of time not jumping. If you don’t use all your passes you do not get a credit for future visits (not even 25-50%). Bottles of water are $3 even if buying a case worth and you cannot bring in anything besides the cake/sweet. Pizza strongly resembles Red Baron from Dollar General. The kids didn’t want to eat it and we had 1/2 left over. We had opted to add 15 more bottles of water and 2 pizza… $125 No sodas etc are included in the party packages. $500+ for 15 waters, 4 pizzas, a room, & 15 - 2 hr wrist bands.

Next time if the kids want to do the trampoline park for a party we will just buy passes and go somewhere for dinner and...
