Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hobbs

walked in due to the very long line outside. Place order for 1 drink I waited for 5min to place order, time was 0755, got my order 0835, while waiting I watch the "manager'' belittle his staff, he would work the window, then go to make drinks and kick his staff out of his way and tell her to go to the window, same with the staff member making the food. Part of the problem is when he got to the area to make drinks he would remake the drink his staff would be working on and mess it up, he would clear the order on the screen and then ask his staff what it was. It seems this location cannot keep staff. As I waited one staff member had to ask for my receipt for my order because he cleared it from the screen, as I watched her start to make my drink, correctly, he tells her to go to the window and asked what she was doing. I got the wrong order in the end, I didn't say anything due to the time I was waiting and just hoped it was good......

I go to this store every morning almost and get the same exact coffee a vanilla frozen with 3 liquid sugar and 2 shots of espresso….. half the time I get the cool whip the other half I get none well when they do the whip they put Carmel half the time and I have the remake well every time they remake it they never add the liquid sugar so I again stopped the lady bringing it out and let her know….she brought me a cup of liquid sugar and said if u stir it in I am sure it will taste just fine after telling me that I need to make sure I am telling them no Carmel for a vanilla coffee for the ones who doesn’t know me…… well let me tell u a little something the Carmel only gets added if y’all add whip witch like I said a minute ago half the time never gets added to my coffee…… so I am assuming they want me to guess who is an isn’t at work to decide whether I am getting whip to tell...

The food is not good. Either too dry, or just rubbery and off putting. Coffee is pretty alright. They definitely need more ppl to work there. The wait is extremely long when waiting inside. So there is no difference in wait times in wait time inside or outside. The atmosphere in there is extremely chaotic. The music was strange. It was like someone had their Bluetooth connected to the speaker, and it kept losing signal or just had seriously slow internet since it kept coming on and off and grainy. The ppl working there are so-so, either they're nice or not. I can understand, especially since they're so slammed, it must be very stressful. Lastly, there isn't much seating, only four very small tables for only couples to dine in, and the seating is very limited. There is seating outside, but in this area, either too hot...
