Aside from the hostess/greeter, this place was absolutely amazing. I arrived just before the rush, around 11:30, and was seated immediately. However, the female staff member greeting us was in grey sweats and crocs, which wouldn’t normally be an issue, but her off-putting attitude made a poor first impression. She asked how many were in our party, then turned and walked away without any welcoming words. She abruptly dropped the menus on a random table, signifying our seat, and walked off without looking back. This was such a disappointing start to what turned out to be a fantastic dining experience. Thankfully, our server—whose name I didn’t catch—was absolutely awesome. He was super kind, attentive, and provided the warm service we should have received at the door. The food was phenomenal, hands down the best Asian cuisine in Lea County. As a huge K-drama fan and otaku, it was thrilling to experience what felt like authentic Asian flavors in our small town. I love seeing this place transform the old DQ into something wonderful for the community. I wish them all the best and hope they thrive—especially in how they greet customers at the door!

I had a great experience here! Despite it being peak time, we were seated quickly. The peanuts and spicy cucumber were a perfect snack while we browsed the menu. Our server was fantastic—drinks arrived promptly, and she patiently helped us navigate the hotpot options. The hotpot portions are huge, definitely enough for one person. We initially went for the spicy flavor but weren’t fans of the special peppercorn. Our server kindly brought us some spicy chili oil/paste to mix into the pork bone broth—it was amazing! We’ll definitely be back for more. I loved the food overall, but I wouldn’t recommend the soup…it didn’t look or taste great, so you can skip it. That said, the service and decoration were excellent. Don’t hesitate to give this place a try!

Love finding new Asian restaurants that are this incredible. As soon as I sat down they brought a dish of roasted peanuts & a dish of seasoned cucumbers to snack on. I ordered Edamame as an appetizer and the Spicy Chicken Ramen for my main course. Everything was prepared fast & tasted delicious! The ramen was loaded with a soy braised egg, bamboo shoots, laver, corn, fish cake, chicken & MORE! YUM!!! The decor was fresh, clean, & modern, with a welcoming atmosphere. They had a cute patio area with outdoor seating, too. Staff were friendly, and service was outstanding. I highly recommend it!

Ordered the Beef and Broccoli for takeout. Delicious! Broccoli was cooked but not soggy, just right. Beef was excellent, sauce was excellent. Will be back and try something else.

Well, it did not take long. Went for Sunday lunch and had the Braised Beef Ramen...Best Ramen I ever had! Also had the Green Onion Crepe, delicioso and the Takoyaki fried whatever that was, (I believe octopus) was consumed instantly! My lunch Bud had the Sliced beef Ramen and he also agrees that it was fantastic. No time to take pics! Will take pics next time. Gave them a 4 on Atmosphere because the place was super crowded and it took them some time to get to our table, understandable... The atmosphere was actually buzzing...lots of happy families...
