Long John Silver's | A&W — Restaurant in Hobbs

So to begin with we tried ordering at the window and it wouldn't work. Which was okay it's by a busy street. Once we pulled around and ordered a she told us to pull forward. We proceeded to wait there for 30 min. Two car behind us pulled off before we did. Once we got our order she said she had given us extra chicken and fries for the wait. I had order a burger and fries and chicken basket with fries from the a&w side. Once we finally pulled off we realized she didn't give me what I ordered and paid for. Instead she gave me two chicken strips a medium fry and a chicken basket from LJS side. We turned back around to get my food and when we got there the wouldn't come to the window. Two employees sitting inside their car told us to go around to the front. Once we went inside and talked to the lasy about getting my burger meal. She tried putting the blame on us for ordering the wrong way and didn't even have the burger made. She said my meal was the two chicken strips and fries. That's not even a meal on the menu. So after I finally get what I think is my meal I get a burnt burger that didn't have the double patties that I PAID for. My guess is she thought she could just give me what ever leftovers she already had made instead of doing the work she's paid to. Will never be...

I love LJS. But the last time we visited the location in Hobbs, there was a brand new crew working there. The place was empty and it took me 20 minutes to order from the drive through. The person working the window must have been his first day because he kept asking me over and over what I wanted. When I thought he got my order down I drove around to the window to still get my order incorrect. The fish was over cooked. The shrimp was perfect. This is the first time since we have been eating there that it was like this. Hopefully the next visit won't be as difficult and food will be...

Food is questionably good (OK).... Uhhh?!?!! It's understaffed, unclean, unsanitized and lots more. The cooking crew had no clean clothes, some food dress violation, besides the poor hygiene. Some of the staff where not working but taking care of their family instead (although I don't know if she was off the clock). Tables, chairs, floors and any type of surfaces where sticky and dirty. The didn't have one off the things they are very famous for, their Root Beer. And last thing I wanted to mention is the time waiting for my food to be cooked and handed to me, it was more...
