Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hobbs

I placed a mobile order, we arrived to pick up our order by the time stated on the confirmation email. 30 minutes we waited after checking in via email. I called the store and was placed on hold before I was able to speak. I held about 10 minutes, then ended the call. I then spoke with Pizza Hut customer service and was told that they could not verify my order my phone number. I was then placed on hold so that I could be transferred to the restaurant once again but the line was busy. I called the restaurant a third time, the phone was answered by an individual who found my order and I told the individual that I was not happy with the fact that we waited so long and that the pizza was now cold. We used the curbside pick up but actually had to enter the restaurant because our order was not brought out even after verifying that it was ready. I returned to my vehicle and discovered that one of the pizzas was incorrect. I then went back into the restaurant to have them correct their mistake and had to make my children wait another 15-20 minutes to eat after having to wait 45 after the pickup time stated on the email. I would have canceled the order all together but feared that I would not have been able to receive the refund and my children...

ABSOLUTE WORST!! First order arrived 1 hour LATE and was stone cold!! When I called to complain (after many calls asking where my pizza was) the manager told me it was 2 minutes to closing and all she could do was give me a $10 credit. So 2nd order I call in to use my credit (a week later) and pizza arrives incorrect! Asked for no Onions, extra mushrooms and unfortunately I got onions and no mushrooms. When I called back I was told the order would be made again and sent out to me. I agreed! It arrived 45 minutes later and the driver then tells me I had to give him the pizza back that was incorrect!!! Can you believe that?! Considering they're just gonna throw it away you world think that they would let you keep it to make up for the inconvenience!! I worked for Pizza Hut 20 yrs ago as a manager and we NEVER asked to take back the incorrect pizza!! SHAME ON YOU!!! Never will I order from this...

If there was less then a star I would give it. I ordered a pizza to be delivered and the spp said it was delivered but yet no pizza was delivered. So I drive to the restaurant they say no we didn’t get a order and said it was the other Pizza Hut so I driver there and they said no there is no order for you so I pull my bank account up to show I had already paid for it. The lady looked at the store number well it was the store I had just came from so I drive back there explain AGAIN and they said no order ( Mexican lady that suddenly spoke no English) I showed her where I was already charged she suddly reminded that the delivery drive said he had tried to deliver but no one was home RIGHT!! Then hands me the two hr old pizza that had paid delivery charge and tip. I said no thank you I want a refund. Extremely Rude person I will never go...
