Was a very bad experience won't be eating there again. Food was cold had to be sent back and took forever to get back, my family was done eating before I got my plate. they said, that they made me a fresh plate which wasn't true was later told put under a heat lamp. Wife found hair in her food. After I received my plate everything was sloppy and smoothed together. When asking what was going to be done all that was taken care of the tacos, and the manager chase was rude about it Saying that he made sure it was fresh which it wasn'tand basically sayinghe wasn'tgoing to do anything about it. Won't be going in here for awhile or ever. Definitely not worth the price could of gotten better quality of food from taco bell. Excuse me I never said I wanted the whole meal comped as my food was Luke warm you say your the owner but I feel you are nothing cause you brought up points I talked to your manager and you weren't there for the conversation. Never did I ask for the meal to be comp, you said moments when it was infact 20 mins after my family got their food before I received my plate, I counted 3 togo orders and 2 dine in after I sent my food back before getting the manager involved. Furthermore I should of never had to send my plate back so I feel it should of been discounted. You saying I was wrong about the appearance of my food and telling it wasn't fresh your manager told me they put it under the half and half as he called it which is a glorified hot plate. As far as my wife's tacos they were taken off because you staff had poor hygiene practices in the back, it is in my experience with food which is a great deal working from server to a gm hair nets should be worn and beard nets should be worn if you have facial hair, but most food industry places require clean shaven policy Customer shaming is what you did in the response shows me the customer values you want in your staff particularly managers. Read moreAbsolutely the worst experience ever. Watered down margaritas, terrible service, management and server! Jason the mgr and Yesenia the server have the worst customer service!! We basically sat at our table for an hour and a half before we even got silverware!! Drinks took forever to refill, water puddles on the table that never got cleaned up, basically had to ask 3 to 4 times for everything. Our food finally comes out, an hour later, yes, all messed up. My brothers food was wrong, mine as well, my sister in law didn’t even get her food. After telling our “rockstar server” the problem, she still didn’t comprehend it. She brings out the wrong dish after we just explained it to her, cheese enchiladas, it’s not that hard!! So instead of trying to explain, she decides to bring our check out. This is still before my sister in law EVEN GOT HER FOOD!! When I told her to take the check away, she crunched it up and huffed and puffed as she walked away!!
