Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hoboken

Ordered a bacon , egg , and cheese it only was given 1 small piece of bacon the bread was toasted very dark. Ordered my wife a toasted everything cream cheese bagel wasn't toasted at all. Along with her ice coffee and my mocha coffee both drinks weren't made correctly (her ice coffee was suppose to be light , instead they gave her black coffee , my drink was suppose to have two other flavors (vanilla , and hazelnut) but it taste like purely mocha and chocolate. I wouldn't recommend this dunking donuts unless you want to have to check your order / make sure its correct every visit. The atmosphere was just flat , they didn't welcome me , didn't even care I came in until I told them I am here to pick up my order. Just an overall horrible experience sadly

Edit : Tried giving the place another chance asked for a pink frosted donut , and vanilla bean colatta. Drink is taste barely like vanilla bean mostly like milk and sugar , was given a glazed donut , as I was ordering the women behind the counter was having another conversation with a worker in a random language rather than caring for what I was ordering , walking inside after a while made me realise again how horrible this...

This Dunkin’ used to be great, now it’s absolute TRASH. I’ve lived across from it for 3+ years, and went there almost daily. The old owner was fantastic and had the place running like clockwork. It sold to a new owner post-pandemic, and the place is an absolute joke now. Do you enjoy waiting 30+ minutes for your PRE-ORDERED mobile order? They don’t answer the phone if you need to change something. There’s no guarantee even going inside will get the employees to look at you. There even used to be a # to contact the owner inside and that’s gone. This place is terrible...

It's bad enough it's small in there.The energy Is just off. The lady is not welcoming at all. No one greets when you come in. I said thank you to the lady behind the counter. She didn't respond. The guy behind me was ignored after she finished withe meand went back to what she was going. He even said have a good day. ( no response) The food was terrible.
