Very clean and well organized fenced dog park. Not big enough if you have very active/large dogs but good enough for smaller (≤20lbs) dogs to have a decent run. It closes at 8pm so not super convenient for those who have to walk their dogs a bit late.
Minus one star because there is a group of owners who tend to form a circle and stare/judge people (and their dogs) who are new to the park or don't come often. They also tend to let their dogs do whatever without interfering - e.g. steal other dogs' balls, jump on other owners, or get aggressive towards smaller dogs. I once asked an owner politely to curb her dog from jumping on me to get treat, she told me and I quote "this is a dog park what do you expect".

Read moreHey there! My two dogs, my moms two dogs, and neighbors two dogs came down with a very very bad cough with mucous. Lethargic. Two of the six were in ICU for a couple of days. We figured out it was from the park.... a lot of dogs from the park are suffering from the same ailments. The park is amazing but a serious flu type is going around and you should be careful! Read moreI've been visiting this park for the past couple of months and it's one of the cleanest parks I've been to. People are friendly and you have the view of NYC across the park. The park is long, so the dogs have more room to run, there's a good amount of shaded area in the big dog side but there is no shade in the small dog run.
