Terrace by Alessio’s — Restaurant in Hoboken

I ordered from the store as a takeout at 120 one Madison St. in Hoboken Northwest Park on August 30, 2025 however, I ordered Chicken fingers with cheese fries, a soda And a mini Nutella bombploni . Upon arriving to my apartment getting Settled down and went to go warm up my food as I’m eating my food. I noticed that there is hair inside my food, which was disgusting to me and a very bad experience because this is the first time that I went to this restaurant to place an order there Curious to know what the food taste like 🤔 Looks can be deceiving because as I’m eating my food I’m pulling here from my mouth and it wasn’t mine 😡🤢🤮 Very pissed off with this experience, and I will not be returning to this place to order food again. I recently hosted a baby shower at The Terrace by Alessio’s, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The event space was perfect for our gathering of 25 people—elegant, spacious, and beautifully arranged.

The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety that catered to all our guests’ tastes. Everyone raved about their meal which consisted of Pizzas, sandwiches, and salads.

A special thank you to Ali, who was incredibly accommodating and flexible throughout the entire process. She made sure every detail was taken care of, and her professionalism and warmth made the event truly memorable.

Really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately the service has been so bad every time I've gone. The food itself is great, but I have had several issues at this location. My coffee has never been made correctly (either served hot/iced when I asked for the opposite). I ordered their frozen coffee once and loved it so I went to order it again and the man taking my order insisted it only came in the espresso size cup?
