All my stars are for the person who took my complaint. We ordered pizza around 12:40 on Saturday afternoon. Around 1:40, I called them where is my pizza. He said he has only 2 delivery guyz and my pizza should arrive at anytime soon. I was hungry and my daughter had a big game, husband ready to make some lunch, I asked if I can cancel the order (I ordered online). He said yes and hung up. But I decided to wait for few more minutes before I cancel thinking I have to go to the website to cancel the order or call them and give my order number to cancel. Around 2:15, I called again this time to cancel the order. I told him I am cancelling my order. He said, your order is already cancelled. He told me when I called him before and used the word cancel, then itself the order is cancelled it seems. I was surprised that he did not confirm that my order is cancelled and just plain hang up on me. I said I thought you need the order number to cancel the order that is why I called back.
For that he said your food is all ready when you cancelled your order. I can still send it to you, free of cost.
By then, we already had our home cooked lunch but then, I thought why say no to free food? I said sure, send it.
Food arrived at 3:30, delivery person apologized for the delay and said food is free of cost. He kind of reluctant to take tip too.

   Read moreI have ordered from various branches in the area and have consistently received similar pizzas with the same recipe. However, the pizza I received from this particular store was the worst I have encountered.
My pizza, which I specifically requested to have extra sauce, arrived with the dough completely raw. When I called the store to report this issue, the manager, whom I believe was named Mir or Mira, told me that because I added extra sauce, the pizza might be undercooked. According to him, if I wanted the pizza fully cooked, I should have ordered it without extra sauce.
This explanation is perplexing and unacceptable. The basic expectation for any pizza is that it should be properly cooked, regardless of the toppings or extra sauce. It is shocking that a manager would place the blame on a customer for the pizza being undercooked rather than addressing the cooking issue.
I have always associated Dominos with fast, convenient, While I do not expect gourmet quality from a pizza priced around ten dollars, I do expect it to be properly cooked and safe to eat. This experience has severely impacted my perception of your brand.
I kindly request that you look into this matter and address the training and quality control issues at this location. I would appreciate a response regarding how you intend to prevent such issues...

Let me say this the lady who works there wouldn’t give me her name she’s very rude, and the cooks think everything is a joke! My pizza was undercooked with the dough not even done.Who wants to eat raw dough? I drove all the way to Holbrook and I wanted her to remake it or give me my money back and then she had the nerve to try and refund me for one pizza. The pizza isn’t done and if I get sick they will be the one the one blame. She then refunds me partial of the money and then tries to snatch it out of my hand. What kind of customer service is this seriously? I just told her it wasn’t fully cooked who wants to eat dough? Never ordering from here again and who ever owns this dominos please get some better workers who understand customer service because this is the worst customer service experience I've encountered with dominos and it will be my last!
