Dunkin' — Restaurant in Holbrook

Horrible service. Apparently all they hire is drug addicts and idiots. This is the reason why I don’t go here often. I went to this location because I wanted something fast and easy. All I ordered was a medium iced tea with lemon and sugar and everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. Went to the window they took a few minutes to even Acknowledge me. Then the girl thought all I ordered was a coffee, I had to repeat my order about three more times she hands me my drink with no straw lemon or sugar. Then proceeds to tell me I have to drive around front and they will bring out my bagel. A different girl comes out hands me my bagel no hi how are you or even a sorry. Then I noticed there is no cream cheese and I have to go inside. I told the girl I have no cream cheese in the bag. She said well the other girl didn’t charge you for that. I said okay well I will pay for it but can I please just get some cream cheese. Again no apology and she walks super slow and sluggish just to get cream cheese and I am chraged 1.18 for there mistake. And she hands it to me and Says here like I put them out. It’s ridiculous customer service! I rarely complain or even write reviews about places but it’s just a joke. Just for two items you think it would be easy and fast. But instead 15 minuets later repeating myself and a screwed up order with no apology is insane! I would suggest to not go to this...

Usually come to this Dunkin’ due to good quality coffee and food and pleasant staff. My husband and I went through drive through at 8am on 7/6. We ordered 2 blueberry iced coffees w/ cream/sugar. Once we got to the window JoJo waited on us and my husband asked for more ice in our coffee. There was barely any ice in them and they felt warm. My husband asked for a small cup of ice. JoJo rudely said “it’s gonna be a dollar. My husband said “for ice? I have none in my coffee.” JoJo then said “did you request that at the speaker?” My husband said “no, I should not have to I ordered an ice coffee” my husband then asked JoJo to remake the coffees. JoJo sighed extremely loud and rolled her eyes and rudely grabbed the coffees out of my husbands hands. I will never be back at this Dunkin’. I am so disappointed how we were treated by JoJo. I tend to go the other dunks on s Franklin. Why? Because going through the drive thru at the union st dunks is impossible. I've literally spent 5 minute trying to get therm to actually listen to my order because they were conversing and having a grand old time. The employees, for the most part, are completely incompetent. However, I'm assuming based on the amount of complaints, they've begun hiring better employees who actually seem to care. This is your job. You're getting paid to do a job. The amount you're making doesn't justify your lack of proper work etiquette. Your horrible work ethic is all based on how crappy you are... since things have gotten a slight bit better, I'll give it a 2 star rating.
