I've been ordering food from this location for close to twenty years with absolutely no problem. Today was a completely different story. I ordered online for pick up 5 pepperoni pizzas for my daughter's birthday party. I received my confirmation email that my order was ready at 11:29 a m. Heavy traffic congestion caused me not to arrive until 11:44. Upon arrival there was only one gentleman in the process of being served. The lady employee serving him pulled a stack of pizzas out of the hot box. She was checking the tags and saying to him that his order was mixed in with another. She read each tag and made two different stacks. One of 7 and one of 5. He was receiving 7 pizzas. I spoke up and explained that the stack of 5 was probably order 209 and stated my last name in a effort to save her the trouble of putting it back into the Hotbox. Without any acknowledgment, she just returned them to the hotbox and then proceed to give the first customer his order of 7 and he exited the building. I stepped forward to the counter top expecting some type of dialogue.(for example)Hi sir how can I help you? Sorry about the wait did you already place an order? Some type of verbal dialogue to initiate the next step of this process. She stared at me blankly not saying a word. I finally stated I'm here to pick up online order #209 and stated my last name once again. She looked away mumbled something Unintelligible that included the word lunch and then walked over and sat at a desk workstation in the corner and proceeded to start taking bites of a subway sandwich sitting there. Subway is three units down in the same plaza. After about two minutes of her sitting there she wrapped up the sandwich. Then proceeded to go to the back of the building and started having what seemed to be personal conversation with the cook in the back joking and laughing about something. She then returned to the desk station to take a few sips of her drink. Then she went back to the cook and continue for conversation. At this point I spoke up loudly saying excuse me i'm here to pick up my order number 209 and once again stated my last name. She walked backwards in front and stated.I told you to her that it's not ready yet and it's going to be a few minutes. I responded immediately telling her. That's the only sentence that she's actually said to me. I asked her what seems to be the problem with dialogue because you said nothing of the sorts to me. My Confirmation email for my order was received at 11:29. It is now 11:52. I'm late getting here received my confirmation Email and you're stating that my order is still not ready. What seems to be the problem? She replied with like I said It will be ready soon. At this point I said to her really? What the hell is the problem? Why isn't my order ready? Why is it that you can't communicate with the customer? What the hell is going on here. At this point she retreated to the back of the building and out of sight. One of the gentlemen working the oven in the mid section of the building spoke up and said I'll be right there to help you sir. He came up. Apologized asked for the order number/name and retrieved my five pepperoni pizzas from the exact hot box that I knew they were sitting in the entire damn time. The gentleman once again apologized and I thanked him for his prompt and speedy service. I don't know what was wrong with this woman that I was dealing with initially. I'm under the impression that she was the manager. Somewhat short late thirties curly Brown hair. Zero communication skills. I really can't come up with any justification for why this interaction went this way. I spent nearly 15 minutes most of which I was the only customer on hand to receive my pizzas that were sitting in the hot box waiting the entire time. Just a absolutely...
Read moreAs a franchise holder or owner, you have no care for customer service and or respect for your customers. Read your reviews rude and disrespectful employees totally unacceptable, if this is a corporate store shame on you. No response to your negative reviews truly means you do not care. A very disappointing experience to from start to end. We called in our order at 6:30pm with a 20 to 25 min wait. Arrived at 6:55 to find out our order was not in their system. Amazing once I gave my name they new exactly what was ordered. Strange??? Staff was very rude, the young lady at the counter who represented herself as a manager truly needs some training…. As she became frustrated with me giving a very much I do not care attitude escalated… fortunately another customer was by my side and witnessed the entire experience with her. I’m totally sure you have cameras in your location as well. Realizing keeping your colleagues is important you need to realize keeping your customers should have the same importance. My experience Saturday 12/17/2022. Pizza was for my grandchildren not for myself, as the pizza from Detroit off of Cherry hill road back in the day from Little Caesar will never be the same, going back probably 45 years ago. Very much the same thing!!!!Called to order delivery but ended up driving to the store because I was on hold for 25 minutes. When asked to speak to the manager because of the lack of service all she did was apologize and walk off so the cashier began to take our order and when asked if we could have a discount or something she said no we don't give discounts so I calmly said fine I will just order my food today and call corporate office for the issue and the cashier flipped out and said if your going to come in here with that attitude I'm not waiting on you and stormed off to the back of the store so the manager had to come back out to finish our order and I told her how ignorant the cashier was for no reason and would like to know her name well the manager ignored me even though I asked for the girls name 3 times finally the girl came back out and her name tag said Hailey l. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and then to not even try to correct the issue and just continue to treat us badly and the manager just sat there and allowed her employees attitude to continue. Hailey needs suspended or fired or something for her disrespect to the customers Wow same experience, with no franchises response or from corporate. Very disappointing, as thing change hopefully hot and fresh will keep this...
Read moreI showed up with my son tonight to grab 50 dollars worth of pizza, drinks and sides for dinner. He had to use the restroom so I politely asked the lady behind the register (shania) if we could have the key so he could go pee while I order my pizza and she asked me if I was going to go in with him which I found weird (because he’s 8) to which I told her no I will order while he goes and she told me and I quote “ we’ll make sure he cleans up after himself and doesn’t make a mess.” I have never been to this location before but I was already peeved at that statement because he’s old enough to know better and I would never let my child destroy a bathroom, but I said nothing and just let him go while I ordered. One pizza was custom so we had to wait 6 minutes which is not a problem so I ran the rest out to the car and came in, locked the bathroom door and my son gave her the key back. As soon as we sat down another employee walked up to shania and asked if he could go to the bathroom which is also strange because he’s a grown man don’t ask permission to use a bathroom as an adult, but whatever. Shania jokingly looked right at us and said “make sure you don’t make a mess.” This man opened the door and right in front of us just started looking around the bathroom to make sure it was all clean from my son just being in it (which it was) he just laughed and went inside. Idk if he used it or not because he was in there about 1 minute before he came out but I can tell you that if he did he didn’t wash his hands at all because the water never ran and he came out with dry hands. I’ve never felt so disrespected at a food facility in my life and we will make sure to never use little Caesars again no matter how close we live. Apparently the owner doesn’t pay attention to who he hires and doesn’t give a damn about...
