I hated it, I camed here two different times, the first they mess up on my drinks and I tried to get the witness attention and she walked ways from us, I went to the menager and it's got tooken care of. Then I camed back here on 3/8/16, and we rudely treated like I was a kids, I waited for my food to get done and the menager told me to sit down and wait and was very rude(I'm not a kids, I here to eat and get treated good) then I camed back to table with all this cold food, and found out the freaking witness gave us a drink that I never asked for, so I went to the menaged once again and he was like sorry (like he didn't care) then she changed the drink, on tops of all this the witness was taking plate that I wasn't done eating with. So I'm already pissed about everything, the menager kept looking at me, so I called him over and told him how this was the second times I was treated so rude and disrespect here and he was like sorry (acting like he doesn't care) I told him that she messed up on my drink two times in a row, and you was rude to me and I told him the food was cold and it's wasn't the best, I also told him this was by far the worst visit I ever have anywhere, ( he was like so what do you want) are you freaking for real still being rude to me. So I asked him if he would take some money off my bill to make its right for the disrespect and the hurt that was made during this times, he was like "no you paid full amount" at that times I was like no I'm not paying full amount for something that the food was cold, I was disrespected once again and also didn't get refilled like your suppose to get. At the times I told him I wasn't paying then if he...
Read moreWent to wok in wok out for the first time (Been living in Holland for the rest of my 21 years living here) I regret coming here. First when you walk in, you’re immediately greeted with bunch of stuff they’re selling like as if you’re walking into a market. But the whole place itself looks pretty nice. Second we were seated and the waiter was nice but I asked for a hot tea and water. He ended up bringing the water but never the tea and completely disappeared, so I couldn’t even ask him on the whereabouts of my tea. Third the food is was not good, they seemed to have less quality and more quantity foods. The food felt soggy, like they been left out for hours and the food tasted very bitter and a bit raw. The desserts were pretty good though. Lastly, the customer service wasn’t all that good either. The waiter would not come up to us at all to ask if we needed refills or anything, he just completely disappeared after sitting us and getting us drinks. Then when I was done with my food, the lady up at the register would not look or talk to me at all when I was paying for my bill. She just kept talking in another language to somebody in her earphones. Never asked how’s the food, ready to pay, how much the bill was, NOTHING. Just ignored me and kept talking to someone through her earphone. Fast forward a day later, I currently have food poisoning, and had to call in for work, and I truly believe because of the food I ate at wok in wok in. So anyone who’s wondering if they should come here DO NOT COME HERE. If anything go to Grand King Buffet, because they have better options of food, somewhat better customer service, and will NOT GIVE YOU...
Read moreI ordered takeout for delivery from this restaurant. I actually called to confirm that they had drivers and were up and running full service since we’ve had a snow storm. I was assured that my order would be prepared as placed and with certain special requests that I agreed to be charged more for.
My order arrived in a brown paper bag with no communication from the delivery driver. The food was not only cold, but the meat in the dishes was sparse and undercooked. There were several oversized pieces of undercooked broccoli, on a bed of still hard and crunchy rice with burnt pieces of pork. I specifically requested a replacement of lo mein noodles for one order of rice, which was clearly stated as an option by the restaurant. I instead received about a pound of undercooked rice with raw onion, almost raw broccoli, and charred pork pieces.
I also never received the egg rolls I ordered and paid for. The crab Rangoon I received were soggy and tasted like straight sugar.
When I called the restaurant to inquire about a refund on food I cannot safely eat, I was told I would have to wait until the manager calls me back to talk to him about a refund.
Seems shady, given I paid them the full and upgraded price of about $30 for a bunch of food we can’t even eat, not to mention the 30% tip to the Uber driver.
What’s the deal? I’m out $30, and you don’t want to...
