I was extremely disappointed this evening. I picked my kids up from sports practice and I thought I'd treat them to Pizza Ranch for dinner. They were starving and happy. I ordered a special pizza (half no cheese) and cookie for our table. I went over the order 3x's with the girl. After 25 mins the girl that took our order comes back to tell us that she thinks they made the pizza wrong and wanted to confirm the order again. I told her and asked if they could just box it up since we couldn't wait much longer. She talked to her manager and he came back to talk to us to tell us that he would box up 3 slices of each side. Then he commented that we were not supposed to have an entire cookie left at our table in the tin because then they assume we paid for it or stole it. 🤦‍♀️ At this point I'm thinking I spent $50 on a buffet that I barely ate from, when I could've just ordered 2 pizzas for $25 and received a cookie for free. I understand the concept of a buffet, but we waited almost 40 mins for half of our food that we planned to eat while we were there to even be done and brought to us. Then when we received the pizza slices they were the tiniest slices, the order was still WRONG, and it looked like they just threw the pieces in the box. (See photo)

2nd time eating here, but there will be more! I got the pepperoni pizza, cheese bread, gluten free pizza, and an apple dessert pizza and it was all amazing! The pepperoni pizza tasted hearty and wholesome. The sauce and pepperoni had a little kick, but I wouldn’t call it spicy. The crust looks made from scratch/in house and has just enough sweetness in it to eat the crust. The gluten free pizza was really good (per my wife). The crust was thick (as thick as my regular pizza) and was just as soft. I tasted a piece and it tasted really good. The cheese sticks were top notch! Super crispy crust and cheese (in a good way). Lastly, the dessert pizza was obviously amazing. I got apple. Only wish there were a little more apples, but I know it probably comes out of a bag.

CHICKEN WAS TERRIBLE. We went through drive through. I asked for a water while I waited for my order to be prepared. 1.80 for a small cup water, same price as a soda. If they'd mentioned there was a fee for water I would've gone to the gas station next door while I waited the estimated 20 min and gotten a large one with crushed ice. My order also took longer than the estimated 20 min, approximately 35 min. Got home and only got 9 pieces instead of our ordered 10. Tasted chicken, tasted burnt and over cooked. Definitely tasted a lot better the 1st time we ordered. We only went back because we were very pleased with the food last time, this time it was like a totally different restaurant.

This location ok is usually good. Have been here probably 8 times. Today was terrible...Disappointed Today 1/21/24. 4 young teens working @ ck in but not efficiently. Their register didn't accept my app on 1st try. Was asked what my # was & they said usually it's more than a 3 digit #...umm that's why you use the app. So I close app & retry, voila it accepted the next still 3 digit number for check in. When being seated, I asked to be seated in a certain section which only had two people at 1 table but was told they were saving it for a large group (Humm 6 separate tables/booths) so we were seated where there were already full tables of 6 or more. 5 Min. later a single couple was seated where we had asked about & then another couple a few minutes later. So she lied to me! Got our salad & heard so eone say it would be 10 min. for chicken. Ate salad, then we all waited on chicken literally another 25 min., beans, corn, potato wedges all empty as well. Dressing & gravy was cold. Workers standing around at ck in & in drive up window area (all very young) while food counters were dirty & items empty as well as empty tables which weren't being cleared. Management of everything today was terrible. It's Sunday after church, you're going to be busy, train your people to be efficient, have food constantly going & ready. Glad to see they can have sufficient staff, but then provide sufficient service. It's a buffet so should be all the more efficient. Will give you one more try some Sunday, but if no improvement, we won't be coming back. Hudsonville PR lost our business so we were giving the...

I hate leaving bad reviews for a place that I frequent but this particular visit was horrible. I took my 3 kids for fathers day around 4 in the afternoon. There were only a handful of people all crammed into one tiny little section while the rest of the restaurant was completely empty. There were ample employees working during our visit. I counted at least 7 different people out and walking around. The tiny little section we were seated in was absolutely disgusting. There were messes all over the floor and, the tables were disgusting. I was a little confused to why the employees who were coming and going removing plates and to the ones who were just walking around talking to each other didn't stop to pick up or clean the area. I understand when you are slammed with people things get over looked but not when there were only a handful of us sitting down to eat. Moving on to the food. The pizzas were all cold and I can tell hadn't been rotated in a while. The chicken which I absolutely love most of the time was dry and the skin was like biting into a piece of rubber. Even the dessert pizzas were cold and not very appetizing. I was always taught growing up and even when I worked in the restaurant business that if you see a mess, clean it up before you get busy or forget about it. Someone had spilled a massive amount of pop in front of the machine on the floor and the rugs were completely soaked, splattering all over the place. Employees kept walking by even stopping to to look at the mess but then turning around and walking away, never returning to...

This will be the last time we visit any Pizza Ranch. It’s very sad that it’s not longer worth the price and the quality has changed. Here’s a few things we encountered on our last visit:

The price. For an adult and a 10 year old for lunch was $31.26. That is a lot and would be easy to overlook as an occasional treat to go out for a good meal but this was NOT a good meal. Quality. Most of what I picked up to enjoy tasted like flour or had an off taste. Because of this I unfortunately couldn’t continue past the first bite which I spit out. Asking for a tip. When you pay the register prompts for a tip. For what?! As you can see from the photos, we did not get plates picked up. The other table is a photo of guests who sat across from us and were putting their plates there because they were not getting picked up. Someone finally came right as we were leaving. We had to go looking for silverware. Most of the food was re-freshed after we got there…. Which I do understand can happen at any buffet but seemed poor planning when it was the lunch rush. Unfriendly staff. We did not get welcomed or a simple, “Hi!” When we came in. None of the staff smiled or said anything to us except the hostess and the sweet young man who cleared the table as we were leaving.

I will say the Women’s bathroom was very clean and...
