7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Holland

I live in Grand Rapids and drive the 40 minutes just to purchase from this holland location. I really enjoyed the experience and coffee options that 7brews offers, that is up until yesterday when we stopped by and placed an order thinking we were getting the same thing I had ordered previously since they have this option. Instead, the person who took our order simply entered it without any of the other ingredients I had previously customized my order with. My fault for not verifying this. When we were handed our order I immediately noticed that the order was off because I was missing the cold foam I usually get. I told the lady who handed me my order and she simply said I can have them add it for you. I took off after being handed my drink back, the problem was that there was more missing from my usual order. When I noticed, i turned around and went right back to the line. I wanted my order done correctly so I placed the order again, and told her I didn’t want the ones we had received. Instead of making it right I was charged for 2 more drinks. Paying for a total of 4 drinks, that weren’t even prepared the way I wanted. The lack of willingness to make it right and instead proceed to charge me again while taking back the ones I didn’t like is wild. Needless to say, this has never happened at Starbucks, they have made it right on the rare occasions I have received an order that was off. I’m not sure why there was no effort to satisfy my expectations by simply looking up my previous orders and adding the syrups that were missing. Maybe my expectations are too high, but I wish they would have...

Fantastic experience. I was expecting a "normal" drive through coffee experience and was a little disappointed when I saw a long line, but it moved very fast. They have people walking through both lines taking orders on tablets to speed up the process. I have been in a coffee line other places that was half as long and would take 2-3 times longer to get through.

All of the staff has been very friendly and cheerful and they have a nice atmosphere with the music playing. I have tried several different items on them menu over the past few weeks and have enjoyed them all. The prices are good compared to other locations, but if you're in a hurry this is definitely the place...

My wife and I have been to 7brew in Iowa over 100 times. We were excited that there was one in Michigan when we moved here. Unfortunately, 2 of the 4 times we have been here they have made our drinks incorrectly (standard sugar free coffee). When we let them know, the response was "that's what they are. They don't look like what you are taking about." When we asked for them to remake them, they were very rude and said "we are just going to make you the same thing." Very unprofessional and disappointing because we loved coming...
