This store has been consistently terrible. The night shift, especially. Tonight(5-19) we had a very "pleasant" encounter with Michelle! My partner went to the drive thru and placed an order, now I understand, sometimes he mumbles, sometimes the headset is goofy, sometimes the crew member taking orders is flustered. He came home and didn't have the correct order. I checked the receipt, well, he got what is on the receipt, so I think "I'll go up and see what they can do for me". Get to the drive thru speaker, ask if I can pull ahead due to an issue with the order my bf brought home. I pull up and explain to Michelle that it could have been my bf mumbling, I wasn't sure because I wasn't with him. I start explaining the problem and she asks for the food that is messed up, i give her the receipt and food, and try to continue explaining what I need. All I wanted was to replace the food that wasn't right, even if I had to pay for it. Not a big deal. She proceeds to roll her eyes and tell me "i can rering your order but I can't remake the tenders(i had asked for a 6 piece, got a 4pc) because.....mumbling while turning her head away" so i asked her to repeat herself "i can rering your order but i can't remake the tenders" "ok. Why is that?". Instead of answering me she rolls her eyes, sighs and walks away and proceeds to ignore me while I try to figure out what she is doing. I wasn't done. I simply wanted to change my 4pc to a 6pc MEAL, like I had asked my bf to get for me. And she won't even let me finish speaking or acknowledge me and has a crew member hand me my food. I wasn't trying to be rude to you, Michelle, I used to be a 3rd shift employee at another location, I get the frustration, but when you have a customer with a problem that is WILLING to work with you, you go with it and appreciate it. Read moreWe have seen negative interactions from a nasty old manager at this location nearly every time we go in this store, but today was the absolute worst!! We have colds so we ordered on the app, paid on the app and sent our teenaged daughter to pick the food up. This horrible manager woman couldn't FIND our order, yelled at our daughter, SWORE at our daughter and walked away. When our daughter started CRYING in the lobby, another worker came over and very gently helped her get her order together. (He easily found it with our order number and receipt; our order had been given to someone else by accident). I don't know her name...I know she's a manager, and I know she doesn't have any teeth, she's older, and shes SO mean to everyone all the time. Read moreIt was almost lunchtime, we only stopped in for a Sweet Tea & a Coke. The Sweet Tea was empty so the staff person said she would get it refilled for the 3 people standing there waiting. Finally a staff person came up with 1 glass and handed it to the person in front of me, told her to taste it to be sure it was right, she nodded but had to go put ice in it and leave. We were told it could be a few more minutes just keep waiting, then another staff person from up front decided she could get me taken care of and poured unsweetened tea with several pumped shots of sweetener stirred into it and sent us on our way.
