Wendy's — Restaurant in Holland

Second worst experience from a "fast food" location apart from a bad little ceasars. If that means anything I don't know what does. Ordered breakfast online, showed up 10 min later and waited. Was given my order. Got home realized they forgot one item and another was totally wrong. Drove back showed my emailed receipt, was told to give the item back, which I won't complain totally about but given my 20 minutes now, a free sandwich wouldn't be a bad thing. Also asked for a straw because one wasn't included. Got back home and one of the two was wrong again as in not even close to the same item. Drove back again showed them the wrong item. Had to give the wrong item back again. Got the correct item and was told sorry but their screen says it was a biscuit!! B.s. because it's an online order and if that's the case Wendy's would know of that issue. So the employee strait up lied to a person that now has 40 minutes into a simple down the street order. Their old location was questionable but a new store didn't fix anything. Before you say you should have checked your bag the new location requires you to drive around to the other side for a spot to park then drive around the whole store to leave. So not the most ergonomic design. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. Or don't but don't have high expectations in the morning. Sorry Wendy's you do good work but this location does not.

Each time I come here it's a gamble, breakfast is usually made to order and fresh. Everything else you're gambling, chicken is usually double over-cooked as it's been sitting out for hours under way too hot heat lamps. The burgers tend to be on the shall-we-say.. Like-warm side of things. If you have the audacity to ask for made to order they scoff and brush you off and you will get borderline burnt food, most employees here seem to have no motivation or care for their work. Workers here are totally awesome. I go here at least once a week. I remember the first-time we was putting in our order and the worker thought we was joking when we ordered because my bill was close to 100 hundred dollars. I told him put the order through because we are dead serious. It's like he didn't understand that I have a big family and when everyone is hungry they order. But otherwise than that they got used to us ordering big.But there food is always freshly made thank you all @ Wendy's. They might be short handed but just know myself and my family...
