This place used to be great. I used to order throughout the whole pandemic. Now the staff don’t care about the service. Ordered through the app and about 30 minutes in, I called and was put immediately on hold. The lady told me the driver should be at my house within 10 minutes. He didn’t show up for another 40 minutes. So all in all, it took over an hour just to get pizza that’s 5 minutes from my house. I was tracking the pizza and turns out they had barely put my order in the oven after 45 minutes of it being ordered. Ordered again on another occasion, and I was put on hold when I called regarding my order. After the guy picked up the phone, I was asking him about my order because the driver was going the opposite direction, and he hung up on me mid sentence. Next time I’ll just pick up my order. Read moreThis Domino's is the worst when it comes to customer service. I called the store about 9:30pm to place a Carry Out order. They put me on hold which is okay. What's not okay is keeping me on hold for 10 mins. And then hanging up on me. So, I tried calling back and now no one answers. So, I keep on trying to call back and then instead of answering I'm immediately put on hold with that super annoying music. So, then I decided I'll just drive to store to place my order. When I get there I was expecting mass chaos, and it to be pretty busy. Not the case, it's completely quite and all the employees seem to be either tired or not really wanting to be there. Terrible Service! And an added bonus when I payed it asked for a tip. I still tipped them 10%, but I really shouldn't have tipped at all. I was just worried if I didn't that they might do...

A few months back we decided to order pizza from here, we ordered around 7, at 9 we called the store and it turns out they sent it to the wrong house. They denied that they did so and still insisted we pay full price for the late and cold pizza. We cancelled the order.
Fast forward to today. We order pizza and we actually got it within the day we ordered it. But it was still late compared to the estimation. We also paid extra for dipping sauces and they did not provide them. It's not much, $1 was all that was lost, but still. We pay money for the content we order.
