Service was great. I asked for a sample of the asada and al pastor. They obliged. Without hesitation. Little did I know this was a trick... i was going to choose one meat for the burrito but after sampling them, I bought both. Lol. Asada super burrito is enormous. As you can see on the comparison picture with a coke can. Also above average in taste 4 of 5 stars. The pastor tacos were special 5 out of 5 stars. Atmosphere at night wasn't the best. Maybe because I'm not Mexican and it was like 9pm. 🤔 overall 4 out of 5. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Had a strong burrito craving and always wanted to check this place out. Arrived at 11am, order was taken quickly. Had some time to grab a few small containers of salsa to-go and our order was ready before I could even finish loading up at the salsa bar. Got home and the Al Pastor burrito and nachos were really good. Add to that the salsa and you got a winner right here. Will be back!

The food here was amazing! I did have problems with the fact that none of the workers could speak English. I ordered beef fajitas and ended up with the mixed fajitas. I also ordered a watermelon Jarrito and ended up with watermelon juice.

Regrettably, no matter how many times I've tried eating the food here I'm left disappointed EVERY time. I've been a sporadic customer since 2006. The staff is usually responsive and friendly, although my broken Spanish and the cashier's broken English unfortunately don't work well together when asking questions about the menu. The portion size to cost ratio is Los Cuates Taqueria's BIGGEST PROBLEM. They charge $8 for a tiny bean&cheese burrito that comes with hardly any beans... It's truly a complete rip off along with the tacos that have such small portions of meat (although the little bit of meat you get is cooked and seasoned well). The wait time is unnecessarily long even when you're the only one ordering, Just two weeks ago I waited over 25 minutes for a TINY bean&cheese burrito and 2 tacos al pastor con todo?! There were two other customers already finishing their meals at the counter, no other orders were placed before mine or until after I eventually received my food. This was on a Tuesday around 3:30-4pm, generally not a busy time and definitely not for them that day. The parking lot is extremely small, mostly compact spaces and potholes galore surrounding it. The dining hall is very basic with some small maintenance issues. I really wish the management would stop taking advantage of its customers, this place could easily compete with Super Taqueria if they started giving REASONABLE portions for how much they charge and improved their service. It's time to call it quits permanently with Los Cuates Taqueria and spend my hard earned...

Really bummed to have to give Los Cuates a one star review but this is unacceptable. Ordered a Chicharrón super burrito and the pile of fat/grizzle in the photo was the only "meat" in the entire burrito. The part that looks like a chunk of a gut was found in the carnitas tacos. All of it was chewy like gum and inedible and not to mention not what was ordered! This place used to be consistent and great but ever since the new ownership its a gamble every time. We’ve given them multiple tries since, but unfortunately this was the last straw. If you're out of meat, then just cancel the order, don't just replace it with fat and grizzle. Absolutely disgusting and disingenuous to their customers with this level of service. I’d love to say that we’d give them another shot, but this has happened too many times as of late. Really bummed to see what was a staple of a restaurant in this town go downhill so fast. Not to mention, the restaurant smelled like urine when I went inside to pick-up the order....

This place has gone down hill in the last month. We’ve eaten here for almost 15 years, the first visit in 2007 and have always loved it. We have raved about the food and taken family and friends to eat there because we knew they would love it as well. The meat was always great quality with literally no gristle or fat. They’ve changed the asada, no longer is it chopped up with a lot of flavor, it’s bland strips of gristle and zero flavor. Such a shame our last two visits were so disappointing, we won’t be returning since they’ve decided to serve bland low quality meat and the prices are too high. We had a $100 tab last night, and regretted spending a dime, but it’ll be the last they...
