They never make my drink as ordered here. I always order with extra pumps of vanilla syrup and they somehow manage to never include it. Its really simple so I just don’t understand.& I’ve also ordered for friends and family and they always get theirs wrong too. It’s never anything crazy.. just simple things such as add whip or extra caramel and it’s as if these employees here blatantly disregard any additional ingredient it says to put in or on the drink. I thought since this is a newer location it’s just poorly trained rookies making the drinks or simply laziness but I’ve really come to think that this is a numbers $ thing. Instruction coming down from the top to reduce overhead costs that cut into profit. Either way it’s disappointing. All other sbux locations in town make the effort to know their customers and make their drinks how they like them. It’s a waste of everyone’s time to ask to fix the drink. Just do it right...
Read moreI usually prefer this location over the one on Airline, but this time the experience was really disappointing. The drive-thru staff, especially the girl taking my order, was extremely rude and had a major attitude. She seemed reluctant to get my order right, I asked for extra vanilla sweet cold foam, and she told me she wouldn’t add it or fill it up due to some policy about the “bridge of the cup.” I don’t work at Starbucks, so I was confused, especially since I was charged $1.25 for it. I also asked for light ice, but I think out of spite she gave me a ton of ice. She didn't hand me the drink herself, someone else gave it to me and without making eye contact said, “Here you go,” in a rude tone. Customer service was very bad. Read moreWell I thought it is great and very friendly Employees that you have there's only one problem you should have the handicaps right by the door not a mile from the door and have the mobile at least on the other side not too far because I'm handicapped and I have to park on the mobile pick up because the handicaps are too far and I can't walk that far And I don't like going through the drive-through I hope you take a little consideration and look at this because it is ridiculous how most of the stores are putting the handicaps far from the door when they should actually be right by the door So I probably won't go back to that Starbucks because it's too far for me to walk from...
