Hollister Taco Bell On Tres Pinos Road Refuses To Call 911. A young man ran into Taco Bell and asked them to call 911 his friends was getting jumped and his cell phone wouldn't dial out. The two employees asked him it was the cowboys who where getting jumped? He said yes but they aren't getting jumped by cowboys. The two employees told him they wouldn't call. My son saw one of his buddies getting hit by two guys and asked them to make it a fair fight and make it one on one. That is when he got pounced and then jumped by 3 guys by the end there were 8 of them on my son. All of this happened while Taco Bell refused to call 911. When I followed up with Taco Bell to make sure that this doesn't happen again, I was informed by the Director of Operations that he does not allow his employees outside because it is not safe for them or to call 911 because he could be fined. I then followed up with the Hollister PD who said this is not true. I have contacted corporate but if it is not safe for his employees I thought I should let you know. I am not sure why this Taco Bell feels it is ok for our community to support there business but they don't need to support our community. Taco Bell I wonder is it cheaper for you to call the coroner's office...

I went to taco bell ordered my usual. Burrito supreme meal and a nacho bellgrande. I got 3 soft tacos and a nacho supreme which is smaller. Went back to recieve what I ordered and noticed the soft taco meal thinking I might have screwed up and said the wrong combo number i didn't complaine about those just to fix the nachos. Got back home again the soft tacos weren't even right for the meal they where the supposed to be supreme but where missing sour cream but I didn't want to go back so I ate them then the nachos where all broken under the top layer like they just dumped the crumbs out of the chip bag and coveredwith whole chips. When I went back again with only 2 chips missing and asked to talk to a manager the employee that made it came up and said it was fine when it was made so I showed them all the crumbs even moving an undisturbed area with more crumbs just for them to have attitude with me. It cost me more in gas then the food. Worst service I've ever had at any establishment. They get one star simply because I can't go lower, to bad the won't let me post the video I took off the crumbs they...

Love the dollar menu here many different items to choose from for under $2. BUT Usually when we go here I always get the triple layer nacho.. well each time the chips are stale😒 another thing with Taco Bell corporation in general is they need to STOP discontinuing items such as the smothered burrito and the Mexi Melt! At least maybe bring it back every few months or something😬 Seriously tho this Taco Bell is convenient because I’m close to it during the weekday so usually I will stop once a week or every 2 weeks for a junk food meal and every time those chips are hard and stale. I believe one time last year I did get a fresh batch and ohhh my so tasty. A few times I’ve encountered that they mess up on the order so after Were down the street I check it and oops wrong item and we need to turn around and get my correct item. I’ve never had issues when they’ve mixed/messed up the order tho they have always fixed it fast and efficiently! Staff here is nice too, but the speaker in the drive thru sometimes you can’t hear the girl...
