McDonald's — Restaurant in Hollister

Brand new building looks nice but they about 95% of the time they get your orders wrong or have you go park and wait and srill mess up your order. Its unfortunately become a regular habbit of having to really check each and every item is correct especially when ordering for large number of ppl. Take that back not even especially for large group of ppl. Small simple example I went just the other day to get the kids happy meals and chocolate chip cookies. I ordered 5 chocolate chip cookies I checked the bag of course ro sé if they remembered to put them in. Great they remembered. Got home kids ate the meals which cpl were missing extra fries.. But anyways go to hand out the cookies and what do I got 1 chocolate chip cookies and the rest oatmeal raisin.. None of the kids like oatmeal raisin first off and second what am i gonna do give 1 kid a cookie and the others oh well so nope what a waste of money time and food plus having to deal with lil ones not having cookies after promising cookies is NEVER fun...

I truly want to give more stars but the customer service fluctuates from good to poor and yesterday 8.23 around 205pm , i received poor experience. I had a mobile order with 2 Large smoothies and a double cheeseburger and fries. I received my food first thing and told to go to second window it'd be out soon . Im waiting and waiting at window two for over 5 minutes , no one came to give me a update on how much longer or what was happening , kind you they helped over 6 cars that were behind me and they all got their food and drinks no problem . So I go inside and when I try to explain that ive been waiting , was my order forgotten about , the lead / supervisor answers with attitude saying they had to change out the machine and there's only ONE person so thats why im waiting. Your staffing issues are not the customers problem and if you can give food out in a reasonable time than great , if not than communicate the ETA to the guest so they know what's going on , dont...

I came to this McDonald's ordered my food the girl who took my order was nice. When I got to the 2nd window the girl that was at that window was named Monica because I asked for her name just rushed giving us our food and shut the window, mind you there was noone else in line they were not busy at all the girl that took our order forgot to add a second drink and when I asked Monica about it she was abit rude and also was rude and said if she could see my receipt as if I was lieing and still charged me for the extra drink and told me to just go to the 3rd window like if she didnt want to help me anymore that's when I asked for her name because I am going to corporate with this complain.
