We were walking around after lunch just trying to check out this little area of Holly Springs and see what they had to offer. We wandered down near Lovegrass to check out the artwork and found this little ice cream shop tucked right into the corner next to it. They actually had 4 dairy free/ gluten free options, which was amazing. This particular day they had mint chip (but it was in the back so it had to be asked for separately), German Chocolate (which had coconut in it for a fun surprise), Orange Creamsicle and Birthday Cake. I decided to get a scoop of the German Chocolate and Birthday Cake. The scoops were giant!!! The ice cream was really good, but definitely too much. Wish I could've asked did a half scoop of each as an option instead. But, the pricing was also phenomenal for how much we got, so I really couldn't complain. Overall, this was a pretty good serendipitous find, since I was craving something sweet. When I'm on the area again, I'll definitely check this place out again.

My husband and I came here for a date. A local school had had a spirit night there recently and we love places that support schools! I ordered a waffle cone with one scoop of chocolate chunk and one scoop of mint cookie - and OH MY WORD the servings were huge and SO WERE THE CHUNKS! I was in heaven. The employees were incredibly kind, made eye contact and were friendly, even as the people in front of us had a rough time making decisions. They were so patient. I was glad we were able to tip them! It was a delight. We sat outside in the amphitheater afterward to eat our cones. It was a great place to people watch and enjoy the sounds of happy kids playing giant Connect Four. I couldn't have designed a better experience! Will come back!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this ice cream shop! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly put a smile on my face.

First and foremost, the ice cream itself is absolutely divine. They offer a wide range of flavors, from classic favorites like chocolate and vanilla to unique and innovative options like lavender honey and balsamic strawberry. Each scoop is a burst of pure joy, and the quality is outstanding. You can taste the freshness and premium ingredients in every bite.

The staff is equally amazing. They're incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all the flavors and toppings. They are more than happy to offer recommendations or even let you sample a few flavors before making your final choice. It's evident that they are passionate about their craft and customer satisfaction.

The shop's ambiance is a treat in itself. The interior is charming and whimsical, with colorful decor and comfortable seating, making it a perfect spot to enjoy your ice cream with friends or family. On a sunny day, the outdoor seating area is a fantastic place to savor your treat while soaking up some sunshine.

They also offer a variety of toppings and mix-ins to customize your ice cream experience, which is a wonderful touch. The possibilities are endless, and you can create your own perfect dessert.

One thing I appreciate is that they are conscious of dietary restrictions and offer several dairy-free and vegan options, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their delicious ice cream.

In addition to the delectable ice cream, they provide excellent customer service. The team is always happy to answer questions and provide recommendations, and they keep the shop clean and well-maintained. It's clear that they prioritize the customer experience.

I can't recommend this ice cream shop enough. It's the perfect place to satisfy your sweet tooth, enjoy a relaxing afternoon, or celebrate a special occasion. Whether you're a local or just passing through, don't miss the chance to experience the delightful flavors and warm hospitality of this outstanding ice cream shop. Five stars simply don't...

I wanted to share some feedback about my visit on June 1st, around 4-5PM. Overall, the ice cream and milkshake were great, and the initial greeting from the staff was warm and welcoming. I hadn’t planned to leave a review, but the experience stuck with me throughout the day, and I felt it was worth bringing up.

My daughter and I were the only customers in the shop when we arrived. She ordered ice cream, which was prepared promptly. While my milkshake was being made by a female staff member, another family — a white family of three — came in. The male staff member was initially helping them, but when a question came up about toppings, the woman who was making my milkshake stepped away to assist. Which is fine, this makes total sense - however -

At the exact moment she left, she was mid-squeeze with the whipped cream — literally in the act of topping off my milkshake. Instead of returning after answering their question, she proceeded to complete all three of their ice cream orders and completed their entire transaction before mine was completed. My milkshake sat unfinished in the back the entire time, needing just a few seconds of attention.

I hesitate to assume intent or suggest discrimination, but I can’t help but reflect on the fact that my daughter and I — both darker-skinned — were overlooked in that moment, while a family that arrived later was fully served while we were forced to stand off to the side, daughter holding a melting ice cream, while we watched them receive all their toppings and orders completed. It may have been an oversight, but it left me feeling uncomfortable and questioning what might have motivated that sequence of events.

The male employee was great, he’s the one who ended up completing the milkshake that the woman abandoned.

I’m sharing this in the spirit of honest feedback and with the hope that all customers, regardless of background, feel equally valued and respected.

I even chose the highest possible tip on the screen prompt, but I guess that...
