I hope this message reaches the customer service team. Before assigning employees to customer-facing roles, I believe it's essential to evaluate their communication skills. This was my second unpleasant experience at the same location, and it was both disappointing and unprofessional.
I visited Starbucks with my daughter and asked for cherry foam. When informed they were out of it, I asked if they could list the other foam options available, as we donât visit Starbucks often and aren't familiar with all the choices. Her manager, Miss violet even took it to the next level and grabbed more spinach feta egg wraps from their inventory in the back , so I could eat my favorite breakfast wrap. And on top of everything else the ladies were so friendly and offering my kids birthday cake pops and made the morning amazing more than I could have hoped for! My 5-year-old was at school, so they must have trusted me enough to make sure I was Not going to eat the cake...
