10/14/23: our family goes here too often and we're about to stop. Value? Tiny Rice w/ cheese dip: $5.59. Bowl (tiny) of cheese dip: $5.29. Tiny bowl of Pico: $2.15. Tea: $3.29. A normal Margarita: $13.99. If this is the norm, we're done eating out but it's the lack of value they provide at these prices and serving sizes. Oh and they charge a 4% credit card fee. The food is great though.

May 2023: super busy on 5/5/23 but we went anyway - they need to slow down a bit. Two chicken fajitas were not cooked well and arrived not 'sizzling' hot like normal. And pricing - whew it's going up up up. $17 now for chicken fajitas. A kids beans & rice ..... $7.99! Come on guys a lot of places use the kids meals to keep the adults coming in but at $8 for a tiny plate of rice and beans - you're about to drive me (and our extended family of 6-8 people) away. A small bowl of cheese dip is now $5.29. Mi Cancun gives you a FREE much larger cheese dip if you show the Yelp app and rate them. And $3.29 for a tea or soda plus now you're adding a credit card surcharge. And PAY YOUR WORKERS! Now you suggest 18%, 20%, 22% tip on the receipt! Just writing this is making me decide we won't be coming here very often and we've been a frequent patron since you opened.

2021-2022 visits: Good overall, the fajitas are good value, lots of food and usually come out still cooking too much and get burned on the hot serving plate. Prices are also going too high - so many have coupons these days but not here that I've seen. $3 for a very small cheese quesadilla that our kid gets and then $4.19 for one very basic chicken burrito (no sides or anything and just chicken and sauce in it). $0.75 for a small dab of sour cream when ordering an $11 entree that comes with sour cream everywhere else. $3.79 for a bowl of cheese dip - it's tiny and again many are offering this free I've seen. $2.09 for tea. I'll stop there - we've started going other places with better value and only hope this place will get in line as...

To go order. $52 on pure garbage. Was going to order online but there’s a service fee? That’s absolutely ridiculous so I called in. I was told crema salad was Mexican corn salad so I ordered it. Was $4.79 for slice of unripe tomatoe -just 1 thin slice, squirt sour cream and white lettuce, sitting on top of dirty water probably was from lettuce. ABSOLUTELY Disgusting 🤢

Hard chicken taco supreme-no flavor and a tablespoon of chicken hiding under-you guessed it-white lettuce.

2 entrees, which 1 was a steak entree. My teenager got ALL the steak on 1 fork full. $17.99 for that waste.

My entree was chicken breast with mushrooms,onions, zucchini. At best, there was a tablespoon of veggies. No taste. Chicken was like rubber.

Salsa contains 75% water.

I don’t eat Taco Bell but next time I want Mexican food that’s where I will go because this tasted like dog food and really makes me angry that this is what they serve. We're recently in from NY and we were happy to see a nice Mexican place nearby.

We went during lunch and sat outside on a nice spring day. We were seated by a very nice lady who had to come back to us a few times to take our order because we couldn't decide. She brought us some chips that were excellent, so I was excited to try the food, but that's when lunch turned into nausea.

My platter had what seemed like boiled, flavorless beef, mixed with melted Velveeta. I was hungry but couldn't eat more than 2 or 3 small forks of food.

The beans were runny and tasted strange. I'm sure they were not fresh. My wife and child didn't like their food either. Om seeing lots of great reviews, so I'm praying I came on an off day because I don't see how this even qualifies as food and I can't imagine people truly like it without massive Margerita consumption.

The hostess/waitress was attentive and nice and the inside seemed interesting... chips are great, but...
