Today, the experience was a little rough. When I first ordered a #5 Grilled Combo, I thought Natalia in the red jacket was going to give me the receipt. It never happened until after I finished my dinner, and then I had to talk with to the other employees about the receipt incident. So, Natalia finally gave me a duplicate copy of the receipt based on what I previously ordered, which was better than no receipt at all. Natalia better be lucky enough to realize I have the right to keep up with the receipt, so I can use them to write them off on my taxes in the future as a self-employed musician. If she thinks I don't really need a receipt in regards to what I have ordered, she is sadly mistaken. No one from their jobs has any right to refuse or fails to give customers their designated receipts whatsoever. I'm not here to make a speech, but I'm here to be sincere and honest based on what I have experienced so far as of today. I hope and pray that Natalia is lucky enough to have a job there at Holly Springs Chick Fil-A. The next time anyone like Natalia fails to give customers receipts based on their designated order, this kind of behavior may cost Natalia her job. I love the way the foods taste there, but I don't appreciate the way employees treat us customers. It's like, "Are you in too much of a hurry to take your time doing your job properly?" What is it, really? Whatever it is, I hope and pray to God that you don't lose any of your same customers you see from time to time. I would hardly ever recommend this location to other customers at all if you continue to act in a negligent manner. I'm saying this based on what I've seen and heard so far about this place, and it disturbs me. I'm not asking anyone to be perfect in life, but please get your acts together and be sure to take your time handling business in a proper and godly manner. Thank you...
Read moreExpect extremely slow service (for Chick-fil-A standards), 9/10 times something is missing from an order, no sense of urgency or care for the customer experience, and not the typical politeness you typically receive from most other Chick-fil-A restaurants.
One example to sum up this location: A vehicle behind me didn’t realize they had to scan a QR code to submit their order in the Express lane (signs with instructions are tiny and not very clear at all so it’s very easy to not know how it works). They pull up behind me at the window and tell a Chick-fil-A staff member. The staff member proceeded to tell the customer - “oh yeah well you are going to have to wait in line and then pull all the way back around and go through the line again to scan the code”…. Experiences just like that happen daily at this location. Truly sad and unbelievable.
And to be honest the McDonald’s that’s next door has better service and speed by a long shot. I urge anyone and eveyone to check my claims for yourself. I never thought I’d say that.but it’s 100% true.I have submitted complaints so many times I’ve lost count yet it stays the same.
I hope things change soon. I used to work at Chick-fil-A so watching a location become this poorly ran is truly sad to watch.
UPDATE: I have gone back 4 different times since this post. Nothing has changed whatsoever. Anyone who gives this location a good review is either lying, never been to another location outside of Holly Springs/Fuquay, or showed up during the slowest time possible with no rush whatsoever. The McDonald’s next door is still quicker and more reliable. It’s not even close. Don’t believe me? Go and try it...
Read moreA dismal experience today, very unlike Chic-fil-a. I likely won't be returning. Arrived for lunch at 10:50am...no one in line ahead of me. I stood at the front of the line for 3 minutes. If that doesn't seem like a long time to you, count out 3 minutes while you watch workers stand there doing nothing but looking around and shuffling in and out of the kitchen with no purpose. Finally, someone noticed me (I'm a big guy..hard to miss) and came over with a "what are you doing here" expression and says "has someone taken your order?" I said "no...are you open?" clearly annoyed. She just laughed at my "joke". I placed my order and went to sit down.
Eight minutes goes by. Remember, it's prime time lunch and no other customers there with the high school crowd coming in any second....why am I waiting 8 minutes for food that should be ready to go?
Finally flagged down a server who was wiping a table...I asked her "what's the hold up here?" She says, "I don't know". I told her I've been waiting for almost 10 mins...she goes to the counter to see where my food is. 3 mins later she comes out with it. I said "thank you"....she says "uh huh" and walks away.
The fries are way overcooked, and warm. Not hot, as if they were just cooked, but clearly had been ready for sometime. Same with the nuggets. So if the food wasn't piping hot, and there's no other customers there yet....why am I waiting 10 minutes?
If I had said pretty much any other fast food restaurant, probably wouldn't be too surprised at the service. But this is Chic fil a. I don't recall ever having anywhere close to such a dismal experience at a...
