First-time visit here today. happened to be waiting for Nature’s Bath & Body shop to open and wanted to experience this little gem. Boy, was the smell delightfully invigorating and the experience just got more impressive from there! They even have a restroom they share with customers! Whaaat?! Yep! None of this attitude of…. You gotta pee?! Sooo what, NO public restrooms here! Nope, they hand you your own key, entrusting you with using their restroom and returning the key! Brilliant concept and I wasn’t going to disappoint. (Just an important side note this was) Onto the main objective…. Looking for a unique yet familiar beverage to enjoy. Told the employee I loved chai tea and she took on that request like it was the funnest thing she’d been asked. Asked me some ?’s about how I usually like it, and added some suggestions from her vast experience as a well-seasoned Barista and boy did she create a delicious new flavor for me! I loved it! Over ice, coffee, chai tea mix and I think she said she whirled it up for a smooth mixture. Superb! Thanks for offering all you do and topping it off with positive, sweet employees! You’ve trained them well and you start with great people to begin with! Key to success…..who knew it would start with the offering...

This is a fine example of a home town coffee shop and one of my favorites in Michigan the service has always been top notch from the first time I stop by shortly after they opened years ago. Back then I just loved the coffee something I got on special occasions now I still love the coffee and what it's turned into for the owners and the community of Holly. I just wanna hangout and enjoy some time getting "caffienated" alone,in clicks,locals,tourist,yuppies,youppers...no party......place though. It's awesome sure you can go for any of Holly's goings on and there's usually something going on but for me it's the no rush middle of the week time that works best. You can browse the offerings from our great state and buy and sample excellent coffee and meet some of the old school coffee companions hanging out like mafia set pieces. Normally love this place, but the last 3 times it’s been horrible. It’s not like I order difficult drinks either. Either black iced coffee or with a light pump of flavor. First visit with issue was missing the coffee ice cubes. That’s one of the main reasons I get drink there. The 2nd issue was warm “iced” coffee with 3 cubes of ice. The third issue was ice coffee with very light flavor. The drink was given to me with 2 cubes of regular ice and a ridiculous amount of flavor. I asked for more ice before I drank it and asked about the coffee ice. She said they ran out. There’s a difference between running out and not making any. I left and took a drink and walked back in. I asked for a black iced coffee and asked to poor this one out as it had way too much flavoring when I asked for only a slight amount. She said okay, that’ll be $3.18. Probably not coming back.
