HORRIBLE LOCATION. GIVING ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THIS DUMP. You’re lucky it won’t let me post with zero stars. Thought it was a one time bad experience so I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt once more. First time ordering delivery they said 28 minutes and it ended up taking 2 hours (pizza only received at 1145pm) I called several times spoke with several people full of excuses about being understaffed and busy. On hold for 20-30 minutes before phones are answered with NO RESOLUTIONS. Employees saying food is out for delivery when it hadn’t even been made yet. Extremely poor management, giving excuses, zero percent apologetic and giving attitude on top of it all. SECOND TIME AROUND, ordered and 7:06pm, tracker said STEVEN (which is supposedly the manager according to the site) started preparing my order of ONE PIZZA AND ONE SANDWICH, well at 7:50… STEVEN WAS STILL PREPARING THIS GOLDEN PIZZA. I made 3 phone calls to get a status on my order. No answer for all of them. First 10 minute wait hold, second 5 minute wait they answered and hung up, and lastly 12 minute wait hold while my husband drove there and encountered the phone ringing off the hook and the employees doing absolutely nothing. Once given our order number they said they would prepare it in 10 mins. MEANING that the tracker was telling me for 50 minutes that my pizza was being prepared meanwhile they stood around. What was encountered at the store was a never ending phone ringing, multiple employees standing around doing nothing, other customers coming in asking what is going on with the store, and numerous orders not even being prepared. This store shouldn’t even exist. If you don’t want to sell, make, or deliver pizza then…. DONT EXIST. Simple as that. It’s embarrassing, it’s poorly ran and managed and your reviews get worse and worse by the day. Get it together...
Read moreWent here to order a pizza and garlic/Parm bites. It took 20 minutes to order due to the employees speaking only spainish no English. They did not even understand English!!! After waiting 20 minutes the bites were done but they were still not even working on the pizza. The language barrier was so bad, the girl had to get the owner on the phone to tell me( at this point I'd been there roughly 40 minutes) there was no chicken taco pizza ingredients. Meanwhile my bites are getting old and over heated under their heat shelf. The owner tells me he doesn't discriminate. I say your employees need to be able to speak and understand English it's not discriminate it's running a business. So we hang up I cancel my order then have to call law enforcement because I have no idea if these employees know how to return my money to my card. I wasted almost a hour in this place and then another hour because I had to find another restaurant for lunch all because of the language barrier. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN EVER! I highly recommend if you don't speak Spanish, you don't bother with going there either. Who knows if she even understands the English ingredients for the other menu items. Either order online and hope for the best or go to another location. This is piss poor business, to have people who cannot communicate with the customers. I have no problem with spainish speakers as the language is beautiful and I do know some. I have or am trying to learn more as in s Florida it's necassary to be bilingual. Read moreHad an order delivered recently. Instead of the tea we ordered, we received lemonade, no call saying "we are out of tea, will lemonade be okay?", just substituted. These things happen, people make mistakes, a disappointed daughter, $2.50 wasted, and a bottle in the garbage, but life goes on. But, then came the Buffalo wings. Ordered eight, paid for eight, got six. But that was my meal, so I let it go. Maybe a miscount, maybe not, things happen. Then came the Lava Cakes. The Lava Cakes are the reason my kids like Dominos. We ordered three boxes, and there should have been a total of six lava cakes (two per order), but one of the orders only had one Lava Cake. Only putting one Lava Cake in a box is not a mistake, that is deliberate. The person who packed our order deliberately shorted us a Lava Cake. This is the only reason we order from Dominos, the pizza is mediocre at best, and the wings are mild and lacking flavor, but the kids love the Lava Cakes. Instead of having two cakes each (a rare treat, as we can't afford Domino's often) they got one and a half each. Needless to say, because the kids love the Lava Cakes so much, I will be going back to Domino's in the future. But not this one. I will place a to-go order at the Domino's in Ft Lauderdale, and drive the half hour to pick it up, so I can check it is correct, instead of having an incomplete order dumped on my doorstep without even a knock...
