If I could give zero stars I would! It was my first time coming and I have to say- absolute bad service. It’s a dine in or take out style restaurant, so we choose dine in for the experience. I ordered the 10 wings and grilled shrimp rice and a can of soda. It was our first visit, as we told the girl in the front. I don’t remember her name, but she wears glasses and she is short. We asked her what would she recommend, and she looked at us, didn't bat a lash, and after only a few stares she pointed at the menu combos. She was annoyed. I thought she didn't speak English until she answered a customer on the phone. She should not be in the front as she left a sour taste in my mouth before I even tried the food. She had no smile - just dead in the face. The food itself was mediocre, dry, no beans sprouts in the rice, no type of vegetables - nothing but 3 shreds of broccoli and 6 shrimp. Very poorly/lazily made for $19.99 My friend chose the fries and wings and a can of soda. The lady that took our order never came back to the table until we left. I guess that's what I get for trying a small business....

I have been ordering from here now 3 different times and each time there is another problem. I stressed to them the order to make sure there is no mistakes. And once again more issues and half my order is garbage. Not only there was a problem the manager refused to get on the phone as he supposedly was busy. He finally got on after having to call back again and again I asked for a credit for future use for part of my order as this is now the 3rd time they messed it up and they refused and said i must have dropped as if don’t know what my order is supposed to be. As someone who is the hospitality industry i would handle a situation like this. Very easy to take care of a repeat customer especially after multiple mistakes with their orders. Read moreThe first couple of visits were awesome. Maybe it depends on the cook or who is in charge that day because it seems like whoever is cooking has gotten lazy. It's called Wing Express, however the wings were not done; they were pink. On another occasion, the Philly cheese steak was ordered. The meat was cooked too hard and the bread was tough. Also the peppers and onions that were once visible before we're almost cooked to nothing. The owner wasn't accommodating enough to ask did I want it to be cooked over. I think he could tell that I wasn't quite pleased with the look of the food . Please understand that when you're working in the restaurant industry, every customer is not going to be satisfied and would like the food to be made over.
